What a pleasant shopping experience!
I ordered light bulbs for a very old Christmas light set impossible to get anywhere, but after several informative, friendly emails Alex reckoned he had one would do the job.
The ones I received matched my criteria in every way EXCEPT the glass base of the bulb was to fat to allow it properly screw in.
Alex said to return the bulbs and he would refund the order which he did most promptly!
A pleasure to deal with and I would HIGHLY recommend his business and knowledge.
Very many thanks for all your help Alex.
As an add on, when putting my decorations back into the loft I came across a box with 10 spare bulbs that fit my set so I am ready for next Christmas!

I’ve been scammed
I placed an order nearly a month ago.
Received a mail stating order received awaiting payment. Payment went through but never received confirmation, order number or light bulb. Have tried communicating but no reply by me this is a scam. After reading their response I’m even more outraged 😡the money was removed from my account!!! There has never been delivery of the product and still no correspondence to me. It’s easy to respond the way you did and do nothing further😡😡😡
