This is a big scam and want dvla / consumer watch to come to the aid of drivers to prevent this from happening.

I think people should not be allowed to be mislead. They took my last money which l was meant to use to pay my directly. When l mistakenly made the payment I had the error message this payment did not go through yet without me doing anything else they managed to take the money.

This is so so unfair when cost of
Living is so high and the poor consumer the little that they have is taken away from them without their consent

Scam, tho it was legitimate page till I get info about paying a fee, tried to contact them to remove my personal details , failure to deliver the email

I have used this portal assuming this is a DVLA portal. I later realised it is a self service portal that is charging £39 for a service that is free ( I was changing address for my Driving Licence). I have immediately reported this to my Bank and DVLA that I have accidentally used this service but no help. I also requested for refund from update-driver.com but there is no refund policy of this service. Hope this review helps others in future.

They look legit and they are at the top of the Google search but be warned, they are offering to do a service that is FREE and they charge £59!

I got duped because I wasn't paying attention - don't be a dupe!

Beware of this website? They are a scam, they are the first result that shows up when you want to change your address with DVSA. I can't imagine what they are doing with all of the personal details they collect from people. Do not pay anything to them, remember that DVSA does not charge you for updating your address. I also do not know why the DVSA does not have a way we can report such scams.

I don't trust many online forms but UK-Drive felt different. Everything was where I expected it to be, and the steps made sense. No guesswork.

This felt like a proper, uptodate experience.

They trick people into thinking they are a dvla website to obtain their personal details, obviously for criminal activity, then try to get their bank details to take money out of their accounts. Absolute scumbags. Why aren't the police investigating this company.

Scam! Really annoyed that I fell for thus company to renew my driving license. I googled and they came up top, mindlessly renewed through them and of course can’t get money back. Paid £39 for what should have been £14 and gave some dodgy company lots of personal data

Absolute crooks! That's all I have to say really, they steal your money, pretending to be a legitimate company. Stay away

Beware this company is now uk drive and is a scam. I stupidly didn’t realise that it was not the official DVLA web site and they have taken £39 a month from me, for 5 months, until my bank made me aware today and blocked them. I thought i was pretty scam aware, but their official looking forms fooled me while renewing my liscence in a rush.

I unwittingly completed all of the information asked for up to the payment request before realising it's a scam. Please don't use these sites

Scam praying on people that click the first item on Google search.

I went online for a driver license update. The Site looks very official and i was unaware it was not a government side.
Silly enough i put in my banking details and without any kind of mentioning any amount they charged my card with 39 GBP before i even submitted the application !! Luckily my bank was suspicious and they got nothing !!
People be aware and pay attention to Official Government Websites to be safe from scammers like these guys here ! The DVLA will not charge anything !!

Another company trying to scam you out of money for renewing your driving licence. Google search took me here first and I didn’t check the url until it got to the payment page and then I realised as I knew driving licence renewal cost about £14 not £39 they said. However by then I had entered driving licence number, NI number, passport number name, address etc. all those detailed protected by GDPR. Hope they can’t use the info. Be careful on google when searching for driving licence renewal and ensure you click on gov.uk website and not these companies.
