Our legitimate insurance claim was declined by the insurer, however through a completely professional and expertly conducted case, UKDP Solutions were able to overturn their decision and we are delighted with the outcome. Best of all UKDP Solutions did all the hard work.

We were pleased with UKDP solutions from start to finish . We had an emergency when our cess pit collapsed . Rob from UKDP communicated straight away and kept us updated on what was happening . They managed to start work within a week of the collapse . They were efficient . I just cannot believe what a fantastic job they did . They moved so fast to get everything in place . The two guys who installed the cess pit worked non stop in pouring rain and really cared what they were doing . Even with appalling weather conditions they finished on time and kept us informed throughout what was happening . I would give this company 6 stars if I could .

I highly recommend UKDP and Rob in particular. I was introduced to them by a drainage contractor who advised they may be able to arrange replacement of my septic tank via my home insurance policy due to damage.

Rob was completely upfront about my prospects. Managed the process end to end, kept me informed throughout and secured a great result from my insurance company.

To my mind if an insurance company trusts UKDP then that has to be answer enough to any doubts you might have about using them.

Having experienced a collapsed septic tank and not knowing how to proceed, I engaged UKDP Solutions to handle the claim. Absolutely brilliant service from first contact through to new installation. Without their expertise and professionalism (Rob in particular), I have no doubt the insurance claim would not have been successful. The installation of the new sewage treatment plant by Below Ground Solutions (another first class company) went superbly, ably coordinated by UKDP. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend UKDP and Rob in particular more highly for the patience and persistence in dealing with our insurers over what has been a long and stressful process to get our claim approved. If it had not been for Rob's knowledge and commitment I am sure we would be in a different place. He has been extremely good at keeping us updated about progress (or lack of it at times which I know he found as frustrating as we did) and has been persistent in his dealings with the insurers which has finally paid off. Thank you Rob!

Finally, we got there and we got our septic tank fitted. The guys travelled up from South London and were excellent in the installation of the new tank. It was a restricted space to get the digger and plant equipment in the area needed for the job, but the guys managed and did a great job of installing the new tank. Everything went well and they left the site very tidy upon completion. We were impressed with their work and professionalism.

Thank you to the guys involved and for your help Nick. It took a while to get there but worth it in the end.

I just wanted to thank UKDP for what was an excellent experience with our new drainage installation. Nick, Gav, Jack, Andy and Liam were very professional and provided an excellent service. They were knowledgeable, helpful, considerate and above all good humoured which goes a long way!

From start to end using UKDP Solutions the process was painless.
We had been in a situation where we had a broken septic tank and getting nowhere for a number of months to get this resolved, one company which I will not name would have installed an illegal septic tank which directly contravenes the binding laws of 2020.
I approached UKPD for advise and from the start Rob put my mind at ease with his knowledge and vast experience of been in the drainage game.
Rob oversaw the whole process, from initial consultation, arranging site surveys, quotation for the works and arranging the execution of the works with his field team.
Every member I met from the UKPD team where brilliant, helpful and informative.
A big thank you needs to go to the 2 lads who executed the work on site, making what was a very invasive project a breeze.

Very positive experience using this company. Arrived as the property as expected and the report was delivered in a timely manner. We raised a couple of follow up queries and the communication was outstanding with all queries responded to in a thorough and timely manner. It is very clear there is a wealth of knowledge within the company and we would highly recommend. A shout out to James W and David who assisted with the queries and attended the property.

Avoid this company. Contacted them via the main number to arrange a quotation for my property for a main sewage connection. Arranged three weeks in advance, called twice to confirm, took the morning off work and then a no show. Called them and they said that no appointment was booked. Imagine actually commissioning them to do work if they can’t even reliably book an appointment for a quotation.

We needed a survey on the septic tank prior to us buying a house. UKDP solutions were professional and so helpful regarding this matter. We appreciated their guidance and efficiency the report was completed in one day.

Useless. Turn up late blame it on no postcode for the job given by HNBC. No call no apology I have taken 2 days off work for this company. The drains in my new build house have not been connected since build which is nearly 3 years ago. Finally they visit the property last Monday state that a report would be with NHBC by the following day latest. Here I am 1 week later and have been told they still have not submitted the report. A totally useless company AVOID.

Excellent experience throughout. UKDP came when they said they would - in a remote part of Wales - and apart from a 1 week delay to the start of works due to a previous overrunning job the project was finished in the time they stated it would. Clean up was excellent. Friendly, professional staff throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend strongly to anyone needing a sewage treatment plant in an awkward location.

We contacted UKDP about upgrading our old septic tank, which no longer came up to the standard required by the new 2020 regs. The initial survey confirmed the problem, and the details of their solution seemed fine: expensive, but the cost would be shared between the three houses which use the tank. A date was fixed for beginning the work, and we were impressed with the efficiency of the whole operation - new tank, diggers and cement all arrived on time, and despite appalling weather the whole job was completed within 3 days. The three men doing the work (Richard + 2) simply kept going through the rain, and they cannot be blamed for the mud left behind afterwards - the garden will soon recover, and a lot of earth had had to be moved. We were impressed not only with the work done, but also with the fact that the figure we were given after the initial survey was the figure we finally paid, with no hidden extras despite one or two minor setbacks. We have had no hesitation in recommending UKDP to others in the area who are (or will be) having the same problem in a rural area with no mains drains. All those with whom we dealt, on the ground and in the office, were very helpful and professional, and we are delighted to have our 'Certificate of compliance' with the new regs! Thanks to all at UKDP.

We contacted UKDP and they seemed very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone, suggesting they send someone over to inspect 'at no charge to yourselves', and 'we can talk about how you wish to proceed from there'. They suggested we fill in the forms to allow them to look into a possible insurance claim on our behalf. These forms arrived and I was surprised to see that I must declare that we had already had the inspection, they had full authority to claim on our insurance and that we insist they do all the work. Worryingly they wanted names and date of birth of my entire family. This is just so that someone can come and look at a problem with my septic tank. They would not tell me why they needed this information, or point me in the direction of the terms and conditions I had to sign that I accepted. Then after a very email queries told me that having a survey was a binding contract if they chose they wanted the job.

It is fairly obvious they are a scam company, and the possibility of identity theft is worrying. Anyone honest would be upfront about how they operated, and willing to gain the job on merit rather than deception.

My advice is to avoid and speak to someone more transparent about their methods - a waste of my time but could have been worse if I had just signed the paperwork
