Contacted UkDebtRelief as I am struggling with <£5k credit card debt due to rising living costs. Telephone handlers were friendly, but the company has not helped me at all. I was on the phone continuously for over 2 hours, and passed around 4 different people, each of whom I had to explain my situation and details to, with no solution or options when I finally decided to hang up. I’m now MORE stressed and worried, as I feel there is no help for me out there. Do yourself a favour and don’t contact this company; waste of time and tears.
