Avoid This Company – Misleading Images and Poor Service
Unprofessional experience. I ordered garden furniture online based on the images shown, but the cushions delivered were completely different from those advertised. They offer no telephone contact, only email, and despite many messages they failed to resolve the issue, leaving me waiting for many weeks. Instead of taking responsibility, they repeatedly referenced the manufacturer as if the problem was not theirs, even though my contract was with them.
Finally they updated me with a resolution only after discovering I had gone through my credit card company and received a refund.
They were made aware that the images on their website were incorrect, yet they still have not removed or updated them. I have passed the information on to Trading Standards for review. This has caused me considerable inconvenience and wasted time.

Excellent service. Super fast delivery, communication first class, was kept up to date from purchase on when my item would arrive. Can't fault them on price, delivery or the quality of tye product. Highly recommended.

Good quality product
The recessed drain cover arrived on the day I was told it would. Slight moan, is that potentially you have to wait in the whole day of the delivery, until the morning of the delivery when you're given a 4 hour time slot. My delivery arrived 3 hours and 55 minutes into the 4 hour window - so it arrived on time - just. Product itself is of good quality and easy to fit. Price was reasonable so no complaints really.

Excellent company to deal with
From ordering to delivery we were kept informed with emails. Delivery was as said between a designated time slot, packaging undamaged. Would definitely recommend them and if the need arises in the future, we won't hesitate to deal with them again.
