Excellent service comfortable car and knowledgeable drivers .

Even though the specified pick-up location was clear and easily found on any mapping service, the driver was unable to locate it, and was late in picking us up. He then stopped for fuel shortly after picking us up, making us even later. Then on the drive to Heathrow he had to be told to stop sending text messages while driving (for which he made no apology). And the car was dirty.

The driver was due 3am. Didn’t turn up. When I called the office they said’he isn’t coming, better get an uber!!’ Then on return trip driver waited 4 minutes then said he had to leave and we would have to pay again

Our flight was delayed twice. The taxi company charged us in advance for booking and then each time that we call them to inform about the flight and rebooking they charged us extra in spite of the fact that we informed them 2 hours and second time 4 hours before the estimated arrival time of the aircraft. Extremely rude customers service. They charged us three times for one ride even asked for more money just before getting into o the taxi. I would call they are thieves taking advantage of people who are desperate

High quality service, nice car and punctual pick up

The vehicle we paid for was much smaller than the vehicle we ordered. We still paid for the higher capacity vehicle. Read the fine print of how this company classifies their vehicle seating capacity - it's deceptive. We only had carry-on luggage and were still cramped. I can't imagine if we had checked luggage. A miserable 3 hr journey with a driver that was constantly scrolling on his phone while driving sometimes in excess of 90 mph! I had to warn him once as he drifted into the other lane while looking at his phone. I had a very unsatisfactory response from the company. I guess this is their standard and there's nothing to complain about. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

I’d rate at minus if I could. Booked minibus for Gatwick for 8:40am, at 8:50am called to ask where driver was and was basically lied to. Waited over 45 minutes of them promising a driver - even blaming it on religion! Still waiting for our £120 refund - company doesn’t responded to your phone calls & will not deliver anything. WARNING DO NOT USE!

Driver was an hour late. Admin staff and driver kept telling me inconsistent excuses. Was offered compensation that has not arrived. Driver texted while driving. Car was cold and uncomfortable. Took an unexplained detour at one point. Avoid.

The driver did not arrive on time and got late for my ride from Coventry to London.

The driver was excellent on our trip from the Cotswolds to Heathrow. He was careful and executed the trip with expertise.

We had a small hiccup at the start having been let know by the company that we would be travelling in one type of vehicle but another vehicle actually arrived to collect us. We didn’t know this so some time was wasted before we located the driver who had parked in the former entrance to the venue. He was apologetic and made up the time with ease.

Our driver was on time, incredibly helpful, drove well and safely and delivered us to our destination in good time.

I booked a cab from UK Airport Rides to take my family and I from Stansted Airport to London and it was the WORST TAXI EXPERIENCE of my life. I would AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs. TLDR: the driver drove very unsafely, was extremely rude, started arguing with us in the car at 2 am, and the taxi service gave us the wrong driver details so we weren't sure if we were getting into the right car in the first place.

Firstly, we were not sent ANY driver details until 5 mins before pick-up time (this was 2 am at night). When we were given details, we were sent the wrong driver and car details. Another driver called us and said he was picking us up without any context or mention of the taxi service. I called the taxi service to confirm the change was made by them and they had no idea about what was happening and told me they would call me back.

In the meantime, the second driver arrived and I asked him his name to confirm the ride and to ensure we were getting into the right car, a question he was offended by. The taxi company finally called us back and said it was actually this second driver that would be driving us as "there were two jobs" being completed that evening from Stansted.

Once we got in the car, the driver started ARGUING with us by saying he tried to call us multiple times (I was on the flight), that the taxi service was assigning this ride to him and not the other driver we were originally sent details of. He went on to complain that he would only be paid for this ride 2 weeks later, that he needs to feed his kids, and insisted we tell him how much we paid the taxi company. We all felt super uncomfortable and were so tired after a long journey back from holiday, only to be shouted at by our taxi driver.

To top it all off, he drove extremely badly, halting abruptly several times, and there was a weird sound coming from one of the tires in the back. We all felt VERY UNSAFE. I would give this minus stars if I could.

The driver came even before the scheduled time which was amazing. We did not have to wait as he was prepared to take us to the airport. The drive there was equally amazing. This has been a top notch service. Thank you!

We made contact as we got off the aircraft. Message was to contact after collecting bags. Our flight left and arrived early, so when we got bags, we were out in about 3 minutes. Driver was not there and was about 10 to 15 minutes before he arrived. Issue is you use free parking to collect us but this means we were standing around waiting for you despite saying you track the flight and bags. Small thing but you seemed to promise to be there for us. No other issues, pleasant drive into the city without fuss.
