What went wrong? What went right? is a more appropriate question. This company is composed of the most useless, inadequate, incompetent liars I have ever encountered. I would award no stars if that had been an option.
Three of us booked to go to Goa for a fortnight in January and one of our party developed medical problems and wanted to pull out. When we phoned to cancel her flight, the advisor mistakenly cancelled ours as well and was very apologetic and promised to sort it. This fiasco took place on 13 December and now on 2 January we are no further forward. We have rung countless times for updates and on each occasion, we have been subjected to the same waffle. It is being dealt with, it is in hand, it has been passed to our back office, we have launched an investigation. All we wanted was the two flights rebooked WHICH THEY CANCELLED IN THE FIRST PLACE. It is just not happening and we are simply being given the run-around and I cannot find the words to express my contempt for them and their appalling service. How they manage to remain in business is more than I know. I phoned no later than today and was told the same rubbish. I am now in the process of organising a charge back on my credit card because I don't want anything more to do with them. After reading about other people's distressing experiences, I would not be comfortable about going on any holiday booked and managed by this collection of useless idiots.

Mareritt!!! Ikke bestill via dette selskapet!!! Først var det en skrivefeil i etternavnet som jeg forsøkte å endre, ref flyselskap er det lov å endre 3 bokstaver uten gebyr - jeg brukte flere timer på chat og telefon hvis de til slutt tilbød seg å endre bokstaven for et gebyr på kr 457.
Neste billett var en flexbilett og da jeg ønsket å endre denne så de at dette måtte jeg gjøre hos flyselskapet . Flyselskapet ville ikke endre siden jeg ikke hadde kjøpt direkte av de. Etter endeløse timer på mail og chat hvor de flere ganger skulle ha fixet hvor jeg etter noen timer fikk kontrabeskjed om at det ikke var mulig i deres interne system ville de ha tilleggsgebyr for å endre flex billett, deretter kansellerte, og så etter 2 dager med mailer og telefoner tilbød seg å endre billett mot nok et gebyr!! Her er det bare å holde seg unna

Vi havde søgt længe, sammenlignet priser og havde endelig besluttet os for at booke en billet med en tilfredsstillende pris. Så efter at have krydset diverse bokser til og fra kom vi endelig til tidspunktet hvor vi skulle betale. Dette blev desværre stoppet et af akut meddelelse om, at vores billetter pludselig var blevet meget efterspurgte, hvorfor vi nu skulle betale 600 kr. ekstra hvis vi ville have billetterne... Man tager jo heller ikke en vare fra Bilka og når man når til kassen skal man betale ekstra grundet efterspørgsel. Synes det et billigt trick for at tjene ekstra penge...

Ho comprato un volo il 2 giugno 2024 per 9 novembre 2024 di Genova a Buenos Aires N° di Ordine 1012-801-848, la compagnia aerea mi invia una email cambiando il volo di ritorno ,chiamo a Flight Network e non si fanno carico chiedendomi che si voglio cambiare il volo di ritorno devo pagare !!!! A 2 settimane della partenza !!!!

Har lige bestilt billetter hos dem og processen to ikke specielt lang tid, men da jeg var halvvejs igennem bestillingen, så kom der en popup, som sagde at billetterne lige var steget 280kr. Ville jeg fortsætte bestillingen, så skulle jeg acceptere. Det er ikke i orden, følte mig snydt. Når man har fået et tilbud, så må det minimum gælde de 15 minutter man udfylder felterne. Som minimum burde der komme en popup, som advarede om, at billetterne ville stige 280kr om fx 15 minutter. Ellers var siden rigtig god med alle de informationer, som jeg behøvede, derfor 2 stjerner.&

My wife and daughter abandoned by FlightN in the depths of Brazil
We bought two return tickets for my wife and my daughter for Cascavel in Brazil, departing from Lyon.
Cascavel is a very small town, connections are not daily.
On our return, FlightN sent us boarding passes for connections from São Paulo - Madrid - Lyon.
For the first flight from Cascavel to São Paulo, they asked us to present ourselves at the company counter.
Have you guessed the problem? they could not send us the boarding passes for the first flight since the airline was not operating that day.
Everyone makes a mistake, how did FlightN handle their mistake?
By refusing to organize a new flight and abandoning my wife and my daughter in the depths of Brazil. No compensation for lost flights and connections.
I had to buy a new ticket, almost as expensive as the initial return trip (€2,500).

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! I would give no stars if it were possible. I accidentally booked flight tickets through this company instead of directly through SAS and it caused no end of stress. Spent hours on the phone to both flight network and SAS trying to rectify a name (passenger had recently added a surname to their passport), it was the most stressful couple of weeks. Not to mention that they charge a lot to add luggage and after checking the SAS website, it would've been £100 cheaper to have booked directly with them.
I am absolutely shocked that this kind of company is allowed to operate, they're a total scam.
Appalling customer service - flying in 3 weeks and ticket not issued
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is the first bad review I have ever taken the effort to write but my experience has been so bad that I feel obligated to warn others.
I booked two long haul flights with FlightNetwork in February 2023. There were a number of issues with the tickets, one of which is that they had a technical glitch on their end which caused one of the two passenger’s flights to be unconfirmed. I have been chasing them for over a month to reissue the ticket. I have called >20times, spent countless hours on the phone and been told time after time that I would receive a call back or an update within 24-48hours and then heard nothing. I have been told countless times that my case has been escalated to an ‘urgent priority’ but that seemingly means nothing. They will give me no information on whether the matter has been progressed, I just get told to sit and wait for an email. This evening alone (05/07/23) I have been on the phone with them for almost 1.5hours trying to get in touch with the Supervisor who is seemingly avoiding speaking to me. I am flying in less than a month and this is causing me no end of stress. I just want an update. Absolutely appalling treatment, I will not be booking through them again. I will be contacting the Office of Fair Trading and the Consumer Protection Association to make formal complaints.

this company should not exist, they cancelled my baggage fare without reason explained & I have to pay at the airport, then they sent an e-mail which I still keep as evidence saying they will refund me in 2 weeks that was back Feb 2023 & now its 2 June 2023 I have not received any refund. Airline companies should not allow this kind of company.

The only way to contact them for support is by phone and they could never understand what I was saying. After speaking to 4 people and wasting about two hours on the phone, my complaint (airline downgraded me, all I wanted was to be rebooked on a flight with the class I'd paid for - very simple) was escalated but they didn't contact until the morning of my flight (obviously a deliberate ploy so I'd just take the flight anyway), from an email address that could not be replied to, with a reply saying I hadn't been downgraded, which I had... Absolutely useless.

If I could give no stars I would. Booked a flight with them realised I had made an error contacted them to change it. Checked booking no outward flight booked. Multiple calls later they had not confirmed my change and had in fact cancelled the original flight. So no outward flight repeatedly asked for a supervisor no joy. Had to book my own flight asking for a refund but as yet nothing. Will keep chasing please do not use this company.
