Just a scamming company. Product not doing as stated, and no refunds. Do not use waste you money.

Terrible, scamming company - Avoid!!!
I ordered the ‘Silkenessence Magic’ firming body oil - 2 bottles for £34.99 only to be sent a different product in very similar packaging. On investigation I found this product available from Temu at £5.99 a bottle. I emailed and complained and said I wanted a refund. They said (after I had to provide pictures of the product) it was negligence in their factory packaging the goods and that it was just as effective. I replied I wanted a refund under their risk free 30 day satisfaction guarantee and then they started trying to negotiate a refund amount of 20-50% and when I said I wanted a full refund they have stopped replying to emails. Reporting them to trading standards.

If could give a negative star I would. Naively ordered the slim patches at a cost of £60. I have put on 2 dress sizes since taking a cancer tablet to help prevent breast cancer returning. On arrival after opening 1 box I instantly knew I had been ripped off. No worries I thought. They offer a 30 day full money back guarantee. What a crock of shit the guarantee is. Even with me arguing to say 4 of the 5 boxes are still sealed they are only willing to offer 30%. Oh and another discount on my next order! Why the hell would I order again? Once bitten...... don't read false reviews. Scam company with no moral integrity. 🤬

Their guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on the lip serum made my lips sore and made no difference at all. I requested a refund under the guarantee which made it sound so easy to return and get a FULL refund. That wasn’t the case by any means. I was first offered 10%, then 20% followed by 30% and so. After a long battle i got them to 70% and never got the full refund as guaranteed. Do not deal with this company at any cost. Rubbish and cannot be trusted.

If there was a choice for no stars I would use it!

Ordered a product costing £24.99. A different product arrived which I found online for £4.99! Reported to customer service and they asked me to send a photo of what I had received. Have not heard back, so bye bye £24.99.

I was on holiday when I ordered, so did not do my usual checks on the company. My fault for not doing my due diligence

I purchased some lip serum from Elyssencederma because they offered a 30 day guarantee trial and immediate full refund if not happy with the product. I contacted them after 2 weeks to say it wasn’t working and requested a refund, offering to return what I had.
They refused to refund but said they would give me 10% refund as a gesture of goodwill. After many toings and froings via email, they increased their offer to 50%. I have received nothing back from them.
They are clearly not trustworthy and use misleading and dishonest advertising tactics to entice customers in, not only in what products are meant to do, but also to give potential customers a money back guarantee, which they do not honour.
If I could have given zero stars I would have.
Avoid at all costs and use a more reputable company.
