Our DogBuddy (Gavin) was kind, friendly and helpful. Our dog was well looked after for the night we left her, and walked and washed! We will use again.

I am a carer with DogBuddy and I can honestly say they fabulous to work with. Their service is second to none. If you need someone to look after your dog while you’re on holiday or even at work, you’ll find a wide choice of experienced, caring and kind dog sitters that will care for your dog/s as part of the family. We all thoroughly enjoy meeting all the different dogs - and there’s a wide spectrum! Giving your pet the holiday they deserve too! This allows you to relax completely on your break, knowing your dog is in safe hands.

Fab website. Fun, Friendly, easy to use. Set your own prices, set up a profile. Easy peasy. May take you a while to get bookings at first but once you get that first review you're all set for much fun doggy experiences :)

I really love the idea of this app and how they make dog boarding seem simple. However, when you have an issue with a booking the help team make it so difficult to resolve. The insurance they provide has so many loopholes that they’ll use to try and not reimburse you. Not only that, but I’ve had people come to me and ask if they can organise boarding without going through DogBuddy because they find the app hard to use and completely unnecessary. If you’re looking for a sitter, it’s a great way to find someone, but as a sitter the site is disappointing.

I discovered dog buddy by chance and thank goodness I did. They’re excellent.
What I like most is that my potential customers don’t have to pay to find my details unlike other companies.
I always receive my payment promptly too.
Great app, very easy to use and keep organised.
Highly recommended to dog owners and dog professionals.

As a dog sitter I found the website quite tricky at first, particularly in dealing with clients changing detail, usually dates of bookings already made. In trying to help I often cancelled the original booking for them and did a replacement Custom Booking, of course making it look like I was letting them down.
But you learn and it gets easier. The lack of handling cash payments is a blessing as is the knowledge of insurance cover and support available if required.

As a dog carer, I would thoroughly recommend DogBuddy. I have had lots of bookings through them, they are quick and efficient at answering queries and pay on time every time.

Download the DogBuddy app, best thing you’ll ever do. What a fabulous service and so easy. I was regularly updated on how Winston was getting on throughout his whole stay and I had photos too.
Nothing was too much trouble for my buddy and she followed winstons own routine during his stay.
I have quite a few social events coming up throughout the year and it’s one less thing to worry about what to do with the dog! Thanks again Dogbuddy xx

Hello reader....we have a 3year old cocker spaniel called George who loves to be cuddled and snuggled so we envisaged finding someone who would treat him and love him like us a problem. Wronggggggggg...from the moment he met Laura he settled straight away. A very professional service. She constantly sent photos to reassure he was ok whilst we were away. We are very happy and have booked in more sessions and two holiday period. If you live your pet like us....speak to Laura x

I'm pleased to announce I have a very successful business working with DogBuddy as Jeanies Retreat for nearly 3 years now. They take the time to fully assess potential boarders thoroughly to re-assure prospective bookings that their dog will be given the best care with the added security of pet insurance included in the booking price. I personally send back daily updates of pictures, or videos, as well as the well being of the dogs and any concerns raised immediately with the dog owners and also to let the owners know their dogs are having a great time. The dog owners then have the piece of mind for any future bookings after the initial booking has been completed to the satisfaction of everyone involved. I highly recommend this service to the public for the best of care of their precious dogs.

Found this site to be excellent, allowing me to find the ideal family to look after my special companion Suzie. I can relax knowing she is being well cared for when I am away.

I would encourage dog owners to use Dogbuddy rather than kennels. Your cherished pet will be well looked after and feel much more settled.

A very good site which is easy to navigate. I have been a sitter for a few years and in that time have built a good customer base. Dog Buddy ensure there are no problems whatsoever by answering my emails almost immediately which is excellent since I am not made to feel left out. If there are changes to a booking they respond quickly. I enjoy my role as a dog buddy and I have used their services for my own dog without any problems. I would recommend highly.
