Booked the junior triple supercar driving experience for my daughter's 16th birthday. She was a bit nervous at first when we got there, but was soon put at ease by the drivers and everyone involved and loved every minute of it. We also did the hot ride round the track together with one of the pros afterwards. Also, definitely worth getting the pro photo and video package. The video captures both the driver on the small screen and the POV ride on the main screen. Amazing experience and will definitely be booking my son up for one in the future! Thanks to everyone.

I had a great time and would recommend to anyone that likes cars. Booking the exact cars you want at a relatively close venue can be a bit of a faff but the person I spoke to on the phone while redeeming my voucher was very helpful by recommending the venue and time of year I’d be likely to secure them. The night before, I received a text saying that one of my chosen cars would be out of action but I could choose another car on the day or rebook that car for free in the future. On the day it was very well organised and all the staff were very helpful and friendly and choosing a different car was easy. For me the waiting time in between cars was only a matter of minutes and all the driving instructors were friendly and professional. Definitely tempted to do it again.

I’ve had one of my reviews printed previously. However, I’ve got so much more I could say about my experience. It was a downright rip off. It was advertised as an E-type jag experience. It was far from that. The first person at the desk who took details from me was an absolute disgrace. She couldn’t crack a smile. There wasn’t a thank you anywhere. Her manners were atrocious. That was the startof my day. The car, an Aston Vantage, was a disgrace. No wonder I was asked for a cover in case of damage. It looked as though the car was on its last legs. There may be some people who enjoyed their experience, if they were lucky enough to get the car of their dreams. Sadly, I definitely didn’t. Never again would I allow my son to buy a gift like this for me as it was a total waste of money. Never in a million years would I advise anyone to go down this road. Most disappointed.

Purely on driving my dream car every lap i had more and more smile on my face.But .
The car (F1 Aston Martin )was filthy inside which was quite a shock.Also the breaks were squeaking like a steamtrain stopping on a station .That took away a lot from the experience .The pricing for the media is also too high specially in my case as the pictures were basically the same and the glossy windscreen and the suns reflection didnt help.
I had 6 laps which didnt felt 6 miles and i was only get to know the track and get into it to the last lap.
All in all a good experience ,but lower your expectations .

My 11 year old son had the best day, thanks so much, it ran really smoothly and my 12 year old daughter now wants an experience for Christmas. The experiences were booked and taken care of within an hour and a half of us arriving. Giving us a chance to grab a drink and have a wander around the circuit. Though it was clearly a busy day it was very well ran and the staff on site were very helpful.

Amazing day! Organisation was great and coaching and cars top class.
Really enjoyed both the Cobra and GT40, was like learning to drive all over again.
Really recommend trying an experience with these guys.

The experience itself was a present for my partner, he really enjoyed the driving part however we waited 2.5 hours for his turn which lasted less than a few minutes as I only brought him one car ride which was 2 laps of the circuit. I hadn’t known it would be so short at the time of booking, I thought he would get at least 20 minutes maybe. We also paid extra £34 for damage liability on the day (optional) which was not clear to me at the time of booking a few months prior.
We arrived at 10.30 …The first 30 minutes we spent checking in etc watching the other cars which was exciting a beautiful range of cars … but the next 2 hours dragged as we waited - we were given an email to say drive time between 11-1 he literally went on at 1.05 pm.
It would have been a better experience to know he would have been the lowest priority of booking, as it seemed like others who booked multiple car rides had priority before him.
The organisation seemed a bit chaotic too, all customers were bunched together at the pit there were no real queues only someone on a mic calling names out every now and again. With no real indication of who’s next only an app that you can log into to find out where you are in the queue.
We both took the day off work for this but found the waiting a real drag and once it was his turn it was over within minutes. One of the staff there did say it’s worth booking your slot at the earliest time eg 8.30 am as the time of day we went 11- 1 was the busiest.
So I would say the car drive itself was a 4* the experience of waiting 3*

What an absolute 5-star experience with Car Chase Heroes at Perranporth Airfield! My 10-year-old son had the time of his life behind the wheel of the Police Interceptor.
​It was incredible watching him handle the car safely at speed at just 10 years old. The instructors were brilliant, making sure he was completely comfortable, confident, and safe throughout the whole drive while still letting him get the full thrill of the track.
​We opted for the photo and video package, and it was worth every penny. Having those photos and track footage means this incredible memory will live on for a lifetime.
​My son absolutely loved every single second of it. If you or your family are into cars, I cannot recommend Car Chase Heroes enough—definitely check them out!

Very well organised event. The staff were very friendly and could answer questions confidently. I fully enjoyed the dream cars I drove on the day. O ly a couple of things for improvement.

1. I was offered by email the day befoee the event to double the time on the track. I took this offer and paid the extra, but was a little disappointed that the extra time was only in one of the three cars I was driving and I wasn't given the chance to choose which car id like the extra time in, it was chosen for me. This should be much clearer in the email offering this upgrade.
2. We chose to upgrade to do the Atom passenger ride but the wait was considerable, over an hour. It was only when the queue was extremely long that a second atom was used to help reduce the waiting time.
I think it would be really useful to let people know that there is much more on offer for family/friends to take part in during the day...

Really fantastic day, well presented and organised! Slightly disappointed in the media side of things as there was only 1 video and 1 photo of a drive in the Aston Martin, not as much coverage as we’d liked! Still, the lady was lovely and offered a slightly discounted price for the media package!

The company didn't honour my voucher regardless the fact that I have booked well in advance and received multiply confirmations. Staff very condescending and unhelpful. Had to paid again in order to have an experience.

We had a great day out. Great cars, well organised and didn’t have to hang around as long as the email suggested.

Overall it was a good day out however really disappointed with one particular tactic to extract even more money from you. Whilst driving a very loud super car, trying to concentrate and take in instructions is a challenge - you don't always hear clearly what the instructors are saying. Be very careful, as in the middle of driving they ask if you want extra laps extra money!! this should all be explained before you actually set off and you can actually hear what they're saying!! one of the other instructors did this but one didn't and he was up at the desk taking People's extra money all the time! obviously on commission and extremely lucrative.

We booked an experience driving day with U Drive Cars months in advance after speaking with your customer service team who confirmed our voucher would remain valid for our chosen date. Despite this assurance, when we arrived on the day, we were informed the voucher had expired and were told to pay for the entire day again—we had no other option as we had already committed to attending.

Once inside, my daughter's experience deteriorated further:

Her slot in the driving queue was repeatedly delayed until she had waited nearly 4 hours before getting behind the wheel

Of the 9 photos taken of her, 8 were completely out of focus

Videos and photos from one of the two cars she drove were entirely lost and never recovered

Most concerning was the attempt to seek resolution afterward. We have been unable to reach anyone—each call results in being told we're "number one in the queue" even after waiting 30+ minutes. There appears to be no way of contacting customer services via telephone.

My daughter is deeply disappointed that she has no usable memories of what should have been a memorable day. For the price paid, this was unacceptable: pre-booking communication, on-the-day experience, photo/video service and post-event support.

absolute out of this wild experience it made my son’s whole year. We are both car crazy and just to see some of the cars on offer let alone drive them is a dream come true.

The cars are amazing, it is well organised and safe for everyone.

It was a shame that some cars were not available but that's part of it. it was also a shame that the recordings were not working either

My only real criticism is the member of staff on the initial reception who book you in was really snotty and unprofessional. She complained at the time we arrived and continued to whinge on about people turning up to her colleague. we turned up at the correct time and felt she was really not a good ambassador for the brand. My young son asked why is that lady so miserable. We did find out that after a full day at Carlisle they were booked to following day in Cornwall and had to travel through the night - poor planning but not our fault
