I placed an order two days ago and…

I placed an order two days ago and specifically selected the morning delivery slot between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. However, the order was delivered at 7:00 PM, which is far outside the confirmed time window.

In addition to the delay, the product (flowers) arrived in very poor condition. They look old and damaged, which is completely unacceptable for an item that should be fresh upon delivery.

So worse day of my life

So worse day of my life.
I reminded them since last 13th evening for my delivery. Woke up at 7 am for 14 th feb, to remind that we have reservations at 12:30 that needed to reach in time. From 8 am to 1 pm back and forth . They keep on saying driver will call you shortly.

My partner had booked the reservation. She got so pissed off for not getting the flower on time till 11 am . We missed 2000 aed worth of booking waited till 12:45 then my partner lost her cool . She fought with me and abandoned me. Left away cancelled the plans no date. No life . It all happened because of the late delivery of this flowwow flower company. Wasted my money . Ruined my date and even life. This day should’ve been the happiest day but if they couldn’t deliver on time why promise???

Why ruin someone life,?

I recently ordered two lily bouquets…

Extremely disappointing experience.

The product delivered did not match the description or the photos advertised on the platform. The bouquet was supposed to contain 27 flowers, but only 11 were delivered. This is not a minor difference — it is a clear discrepancy in quantity.

Despite opening a formal complaint and providing evidence, the platform refused to properly address the issue and declined to issue a refund or correct the mistake. Offering bonus points instead of resolving the actual problem is not an acceptable solution.

This experience raises serious concerns about quality control and customer protection. I strongly advise future customers to be cautious.

Le produit livré ne correspondait ni à la description ni aux photos publiées sur la plateforme. Le bouquet devait contenir 27 fleurs, mais seulement 11 ont été livrées. Il ne s’agit pas d’une petite différence, mais d’un écart évident de quantité.

Malgré l’ouverture d’une réclamation formelle et la fourniture de preuves, la plateforme a refusé de résoudre correctement le problème et n’a procédé à aucun remboursement. Proposer des points bonus au lieu de corriger l’erreur n’est pas une solution acceptable.

Not responding to messages in time.
Lying to clients.
Flowers in bad shape been in car for 6 hours without water.
Update : Dispute opened, they keep responding with no sense information with broken English tgat is very hard to understand wheat they trying to say. They are very manipulative and assume that they did there part by delivering the flowers, but shape and quality is not their problem since they have more than 300 orders that day. They also said that me receiving less flowers than I ordered is not a big deal because the packer has lots of variety, and it was an honest mistake..

No sense at all. I am reporting this company to UAE customer protection.

Small bouquet, low-quality local seller

The bouquet I received was much smaller and uglier looking than what was displayed in the picture. Therefore, seriously overpriced.

The local seller was also late in delivering the order.
