The app is out of order every single week, I want to make a transfer and it does not allow me to login, such a pathetic service and worst banking service ever

UBL is cheating to their clients i transfered 200k plus 50k n they deducted 10 times from Rs 40 to 2900 over 4500 rupees in one day.
BE AWARE OF CHEATERS, i m going to take them to the court plus advertise on media after gathering more evidences

Very poor customer service from Chowk Fawara, Multan branch. They didn't open my account. Even the mobile app is not signing in. Worst experience with UBL. Customer serving agent didn't fully cooperate and left the desk without guiding properly. He was on the right side from entrance.

Unfriendly staff members l, non coopetative, Worst experience , Error in MC and not ready to accept mistake or rectify

UBL Roshana DIgital Car Loan is scam , Hadia Hashim the Representative for bank is the most dishonest and unprofessional employee of the bank I did apply for a car loan with 20% down and initially she email no problem I can get it done in 4-6 business days and ask me to provide the banking information and all other documents which I provide on time and after reviewing high balance and business turnover she offers me 30 lakh Rs in roshan dital certificate and 16 lakh down payment for a car which I can buy for 46 lakh cash after one month communication , she was just trying to make her commision on the deal and was very dishonest during the entire process to their seniors and to me May GOD save every one from this bank and the dihonest employyes

One of the worst customer service experiences I ever had. They have no clue what to say, useless. I am having issues with my online banking. Being an overseas customer, it's hard to match my call timing with them, but these dumb people call me at 4 am or 7 am even thou i told them my available timing and asked for stupid things which i already provided

I have been visiting this branch for the past week as I needed to make an urgent international fee payment for my university. Unfortunately, the behavior of the staff has been very disappointing and disrespectful. They do not treat customers equally, and I felt that they only serve selective individuals while ignoring others.

Furthermore, my debit card has not been working properly. When I visited the branch to inquire, I was told I can only make transactions up to 10 lakhs per month. However, I had already completed the transaction through my UBL mobile application. Despite this, my card still did not work when I tried to make a payment to an institution recently.

We send money to our house from overseas Dubai, but when the family comes to know, they say first create your account, then they give it and sometimes they say the money has not arrived, they should be ashamed of the disrespectful staff and rude staff. I request all friends and brothers not to send money to any bank of UBL.

Hi,
I have opened an account in ubl NetBanking a couple of months ago and there are some issues that really disappointed me.
Sometimes my transaction are failed.
Sometimes my balance got deducted but the receiver didn't receive the balance.
So they definitely disturb me every time regarding the transaction.
This is affecting my business matters and this is totally unfair and unacceptable to me more over still my amount about 100k to 150k is not being shown in bank statements even the balance has been deducted from my account and the receipts of those transactions show paid status and I executed those transactions 6 to 8 hours ago.
So I hope you will ponder over my excuses and will try to make the system better.
And please resolve the issues as soon as possible.

Sorry to say but i have very bad experience regarding my money transfer and cash withdrawal today i went to withdraw my amount managers said that the person who will approve is already left the time was 4 pm
Today i went in the morning , this time they said that we don’t have enough cash to withdraw and even they cant transfer from account before 1st of july i need money today they said wait for 1 july they said we handle your money full year u cant wait for 3 days?there manager dont have mind thay have to go mental hospital for chekup….

Really wrong experience. They are the scammer. They will let you deposit money and then will cut money without showing any reason… Never make account with them

I am become the victim of online scam, I am having account in ubl, I never given my information at internet, I never purchased anything online through my ubl card, my card details, has been leaked, and thrice international POS transaction has been made,
While I have not provided my details how my information leaked, Is card department of ubl is involved that they providing customer information to scammers, and they are attempting and making your debit and credit card empty and in minus.

Please please please take it seriously don't misuse your position and take account, thousands of people are facing facebk ads deduction by international transactions.
