FRAUD!
I have never had a problem with Uber until now. I spoke with the driver on the phone, he said there was no food to pick up at the cafe but yet, he drove out to the delivery address? There was no photograph of the food being left because there was no food. Uber will not refund me the $72.00 and my elderly mother received no food. Uber is fighting me, will not provide a photograph because that is what their drivers are required to do. They said I entered a PIN number, the PIN number I entered was required for me to be able to speak with delivery driver and not confirmation of the order. My elderly Mother had no food delivered that day, she had surgery the day before and I live to far away to deliver food myself. I repeat, no photograph was provided because no food was delivered, the driver said he picked up no food but went to the address anyway so he could get paid by Uber.They won’t refund me. They committed fraud.
