I am disappointed
I am disappointed with the service and quality provided by Tyres and More Goulburn. I paid $395 to have my wheel bearing replaced, trusting their expertise to ensure my vehicle was safe and functioning properly. Initially, everything seemed fine, but shortly after the repair, I noticed the same noise coming from the wheel again.
Upon further inspection, it became clear that the wheel bearing had not been changed at all even though I had been charged for this. The damage caused by this not only meant I had to replace the bearing but also risked further damage to my vehicle had I not acted quickly.
When I contacted the company to address the issue, I expected them to take responsibility. Instead, they will not respond or acknowledge their errors, and offered no assistance whatsoever. Their refusal to stand by their work was incredibly frustrating, especially considering the significant amount of money I had already paid for the repair.
This entire experience has left me feeling cheated and angry. Not only did their poor workmanship cost me more money to fix elsewhere, but it also put my safety at risk. I would strongly advise against using Tyres and More for any vehicle repairs. Their lack of professionalism, accountability, and care for their customers is unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and go to a company that stands behind their work.
