I gave advice on how the product was defective, Typhoo went out of their way to replace it. Replacement package arrived promptly. Really enjoy the product, excellent customer service!

There is nothing better than the simplicity of ordering online and this website was easy. Much better than walking around shops when your in your eighties only to find they've sold out!

Very satisfied with the service

I bought flavoured tea for my wife. There was a problem with delivery, not Typhoos fault, but it was fixed immediately by Bethany in the customer services dept. A new supply sent quickly with a different courier. Very satisfied with the service and my wife absolutely loves the tea.

Typhoo tea bags now make weak tea - shrinkflation!!!

I am really fed up with food manufacturers reducing the quantity of ingredients but also increasing prices. Typhoo tea bags which I have used for years come in a box of 240 (that I always buy). The last shop I was only able to buy 160 box. So I bought 3 boxes of 160's as I drink tea a lot. I was disappointed when opening the box to see square loose bags in twos instead of the normal silver foil covered round single bags. Not only is this inconvenient as splitting two bags apart results in some bags slitting & loose tea everywhere but the tea is distinctly weaker as Typhoo have reduced the volume of loose tea in each bag by some 20%!! I will switch brands.

Tasty Typhoo

I have used Typhoo instant tea for years now , so convenient when travelling , just pop into a lay by n make a cuppa , no need to carry milk that curdles in the heat , tastes good too

I had to switch to decaffeinated tea…

I had to switch to decaffeinated tea due to high blood pressure reasons, and I went through a plethora of decaffeinated teas and was so disappointed to find lack of flavor and body. In one last attempt, I tried Typhoo tea, and it hit the mark! I’m so happy to be able to have flavorful black tea back in my life! Does not disappoint.

I have drank Typhoo Tea for more than…

I have drank Typhoo Tea for more than 20 years but recently the taste seems to have changed, it seems to be weak compared to it's former taste and when I leave the Tea bag longer the taste seems bitter ?, so much so that i now do not enjoy drinking it, I will be changing my brand when my current box runs out, sorry Typhoo but it's time for a change.

It is a relief to find a source of Q-Tea

It is a relief to find a source of Q-Tea as we haven't been able to buy it in the shops as usual. We usually find it in Home Bargains and Tesco. Why is that?

Availability can sometimes vary depending on individual retailers, stock levels, and distribution schedules. Typhoo quick tea should still be available in the retailers such as Herons, Pound stretcher and Poundland.

I had a problem with quality control

I had a problem with quality control - several boxes in a row were plagued with split or unglued edges so I ended up throwing a lot of them away. After contacting Customer Services, they very kindly sent two large boxes of teabags to me. One would have been enough, so I think they went above and beyond.

Love Typhoo! Will try it again soon.

Arrived quickly. Not used yet as want to compare with what I have in the cupboard. Used Typhoo for years but not been able to find it locally so I’m looking forward to trying my favourite tea again soon.
