These bags are heavy duty and hold a lot of clothes, enough for a two week trip. The air pump does take some getting used to in that it needs to be double clicked to be turned on.

Couldn't Use on Planned Trip but will Try Again Soon
Took three weeks to arrive. I have been inundated with marketing emails ever since I ordered.
Haven't had a chance to actually use the bags yet since my trip has already taken place, but they seem to be okay quality, although there is no apparent way to tell if these are their "standard" bag or the "Pro" bag I ordered.
Sales change daily/hourly, depending on where you search. Got a better deal on Instagram just by closing and reopening the app.

After reading reviews I realized…
After reading reviews I realized shipping would take about 2 weeks so I made sure I ordered in plenty of time for an upcoming trip. Boy was I disappointed! I ordered 4 - 2pack kits and there was a special for a free pump. I was using these for gifts for a girls trip in September. Expecting to receive a total of 5 pumps, 1 pump with each kit ordered as well as the free pump in special. I only received one pump total for all 4 sets This does me no good as I’ve spent over $200 on gifts I can’t use without the pumps. According to website each kit includes a bag and a pump. Very false advertising!! I am requesting a refund or would like to receive the additional pumps that should have been included with my order as well as the free pump as promised. In addition, at checkout I was offered an upgraded bag and according to my order, I should have received 5 bags or at least one of the bags should have been a higher quality bag. Only received 4 bags all equally the same with the same number M77-XB-001. Very disappointing experience. I did send email to request refund information. As with other reviews, hope I have luck.

Timely delivery, well packaged. Fast communication when I contacted them because I had difficulty turning on the airpump and thought it was faulty. So they emailed me a link to an instructional video to follow. Once I knew how to operate the air pump, the bags worked as shown. I’m really happy with my purchase and recommend to all. A+++

Delivered to wrong address …
I ordered my two pack bag set a couple weeks ago. I realized one day that I never received it. So I started doing some research and found that my package was delivered to an apartment complex. I live in a house. I contacted customer.support and made them aware of the issue. I sent a picture of my front door and my house to show that the delivery service delivered my package to the wrong address. Mia and Anna were on it immediately and we were texting back-and-forth and within a couple of days they resent out my package. The Customer service is second to none! That’s hard to find these days! I’m so excited to receive my bags.
