Am I doing something wrong?
The quality of the bags is great but the vacuum blows air instead of sucking it out. It has power but there is no compression at all.

Just used the bags for the first time and they did not disappoint. The bags had to stay compressed for three days while we traveled - and they did! They did not lose any air at all. Highly recommend them.

Takes a million years to receive your order
It’s been almost 2 weeks and haven’t received my order. Even their tracking system isn’t working and they’re not gonna tell you the product is coming from China. It takes too long to receive your order and there’s no explanation as to the delay. Don’t order from them.

Claims 5 or 8 days but that's what it takes to just acknowledge the product is being prepared to ship. They never tell you that's being shipped from China and I suspect it's a Chinese company with a strange name and the shipping company is called Yanwen. Count on taking at least a couple of weeks to receive your package.

Purchased 2 sets (4 bags) for upcoming family travel and added 2PackBag PRO upgrade 1 set (2 bags). All items recieved were identical. Probably my error in reading, yet expected two (Pro) bags or as responded (Mia) to my inquiery. The upgrade is to materials not additional bags. My concern I paid for 4 bags and upgrade for 2. Visuals are deciving, the PRO upgrade appears to be larger than the standard and marked as PRO. Refund requested.

Very disappointed with the product and…
Very disappointed with the product and their return policy. Once it is full and compressed, there is not even 1/2 an inch of difference in the height, same with the length. I asked for a return and refund, which they advertise as easy return policy and it’s a nightmare. 4 emails later and photos of said full and compressed package, they are still negotiating with me and I don’t have the return instructions yet.

Very impressed with the quality of these 2pack bags. Looking forward to packing my carry on luggage. Zips are a little stiff but I imagine they will ease up with time but nobody wants a loose zip mid flight. Great product

Not shipped in a timely manner
They might create a shipping label right away, but I’ve been waiting for my order for almost two weeks. It finally shows that it was picked up. Go with a competitor if you actually want to get what you have ordered.
It was received just under three weeks later. The company should clearly state that their processing is long and that it is shipping from overseas.
