I received a quote of 300 euros before the scheduled work. After sharing a video to illustrate the job, I expected the workers to arrive between 8:30-9 am. However, they did not show up, and multiple attempts to contact them were unsuccessful. The customer service representative later informed me of a problem at the dump.

Due to a meeting at 10 am, I suggested rescheduling the work for 10:30 am. The workers arrived at 10:10 am, and I joined them at 10:30 am after completing my call. Surprisingly, they requested an extra 100 euros for heavy heaters, even though these heaters were visible in the video shared when I received the initial quote.

Despite their website stating no additional charges, I felt compelled to pay the extra 100 euros. This unexpected cost has caused inconvenience, especially considering the delay it has caused in my upcoming home projects

They arrived on time and set about the task without delay.. : dismantle and remove a garden shed together with accumalated rubbish. All had to be carried through the house..no problems with dirt or damage..tidied up as they went...highly reccomended

Brilliant service only rang yesterday and was her first thing this morning...back garden cleared out in 15 mins cheaper than a skip and no skip outside the house for days...highly recommend!

This service was better than I expected. No drama. Described job over the phone, sent a video of job and I was given a rough estimate of price, date and time job could be completed. They were on time, quick and thorough. Couldn't have asked for more.
