We've always loved tea. There's nothing like it to lift the spirits and raise a smile, whether alone or with others, out and about or in the comforts of your own home. In January 2017, we decided to do something really innovative for lovers of tea and set about creating a range of the finest whole leaf teas, herbs and fruits, blended to delight taste buds and bring a smile to its drinkers. Frankly, we were a little underwhelmed by the teas available in the supermarkets (and a little disappointed to learn that even the cutesy, more expensive brands are invariably just owned by the massive brands anyway.) Our blends are full of little surprises that make them different. An additional ingredient with a functional benefit…or an unconventional flavour pairing that transforms something nice into something spectacular. A tea that’s specifically designed to be drunk cold or one that tastes so good it must be bad (but isn’t). We like to think of them as Blends With Benefits. Amazing teas, frustrating quality control
Twist Tea make wonderful tea. But the lack of quality control beyond that is a concern - I’ve been a member and had double payments for months. I’ve since cancelled and orders have arrived with broken tea bags and today after a long wait at dispatch I received half of what I ordered.
I’m not sure why but I’ve not had a normal order from them (about 12 to date inc orders to friends). Again, wonderful tea but really need to sort out a lot on the business execution and customer care beyond that as it’s just very poor.

The very best tea I have tasted and such a decent wide selection. Our whole family love twist teas and we will not go back to supermarket tea. Always well packed and worth paying that little more for such a finer quality tea.

After all these years, they still taste amazing.
I decided to give them a go again since I really enjoyed my last order from them, and they're still amazing. The flavours really do blow me away, like raspberry choc kiss.
Only thing I can say is that the Jasmine tea (All That Jazz) doesn't really have much of a Jasmine taste. Then again I've noticed the same with many other brands.

Service was excellent and the packaging…
Service was excellent and the packaging and teabags look great. But as soon as I opened the caddy Brewdolph smelt really like marzipan which I wasn’t expecting. I had to look on the website as I thought I had been given Christmas cake tea instead. I know the description for Brewdolph says half tea, half christmas cake but the ingredients didn’t indicate any hint of marzipan. Pleasant enough but expected more orange/ clove flavour.

The refresher green tea is lovely, delivery took quite a while and was a little disappointed I didn’t receive my sample tea but I will definitely be ordering this tea again.

Really good selection of teas
Really good selection of teas, arrived quickly and would make a great gift. My favourite has to be the Brewdolph Christmas tea but my overall favourite is the Passionfruit and Rose
