se guardate il sito di questi truffatori sembra perfetto, ma poi noterete che hanno i prezzi più bassi di molto dagli altri siti, gli ho mandato mail per settimane e non rispondono, sono una truffa totale, mi hanno truffato 110 euro e spero presto che li mandino tutti in galera.

This isn't the real Twins website. Don't order from here. You won't get your goods or any response from the "company." I had to open a dispute with Mastercard.

I have placed two orders with Twinsfightwear.com, one on September 8, 2023 for $104.94 for a pair of 16 oz gloves, and another on September 30th for $84.94 for grappling gloves.
On October 11, 2023, I emailed customer service requesting to cancel the order for the 16 oz gloves because my old gloves fell apart and I was forced to purchase from another vendor.
On October 15 customer service responded that there’s a 2-4 week wait for both items, and issued a partial refund ($15.74 for the 16 oz gloves, and $8.49 for the grappling gloves).
On October 17, 2023, I emailed back that it has already been well over 4 weeks, to please cancel the order for 16 oz gloves, and when will I receive my refund. I also inquired as to the actual wait time for the grappling gloves.
On October 19, 2023, customer service responded that they will notify the financial department that I requested a refund, and that I should receive a refund notification in about 10 business days. They also stated that it will be an additional 3 weeks for the grappling gloves.
On November 2, 2023, I emailed customer support that I have not received an email from the financial department, or a refund.
So far no response.
Will be shocked if the grappling gloves actually ship by November 9th.
Long story short, DO NOT waste your time or hard earned money on this company.
I have also seen a legal statement from the actual manufacturer of Twins Special products in Thailand that Twins Fight Wear is not affiliated with them nor supplied by them.
This whole process has been very stressful, time consuming, and expensive.
I have always used Twins Special gloves & shin guards, and I love the brand, The one positive that came out of this debacle was that I was forced to try a different brand of gloves, which I love!
Hoping one day I’ll either get my gloves or money back.

As the website is literally named after the brand I didn’t bother looking it up.
They’ve taken my payment & sent me no further info.

Think I may have fallen into the same trap as most. Ordered gloves off this website about a week ago and haven't got a second email to confirm the package is being delivered or has been dispatched. If anyone has had this same problem,how did you get your money back?

Item ordered and no updates since. Mails are not answered and phone numbers are not available either. Must recover my money with credit card insurance.
