Quick and easy birth control
I can get the birth control I need quick and easy, which is important as the state I live in the Gynos are aboit 9 months out for taking appointments as they are more interested in obstetrics patients. The customer service team is always quick to respond and resolve any issues. My experience has been great!

Twentyeight Health is the BEST!!!
Twentyeight Health is hands down the best site I’ve used for online health. The customer service is beyond amazing, and I always get quick and knowledgeable responses. My doctor, Dr. May-Lynn Chu, is even better. She actually cares and listens to my concerns as a patient. She always gives me detailed feedback and information on my options, or on any medication she may prescribe me.
The site is very easy to use, and you can even bundle your care needs. You can have your prescriptions shipped to you, or you can choose to pick them up from a local pharmacy.
I have nothing negative to say about Twentyeight Health. I absolutely love Twentyeight Health, and I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Twentyeight Health is an online…
Twentyeight Health is an online healthcare service focused on making women’s reproductive care more accessible and affordable. They offer services like birth control prescriptions, emergency contraception, herpes treatment, and more, all through an online consultation process. One of the biggest advantages is that they accept insurance (including Medicaid), and many users can get prescriptions at little to no cost, with delivery straight to their door.
The visit that I had with my provider Bri was quick and easy. She was very nice. She was very concerning just a breath of fresh air. It made me feel assured answer all the questions I have and offering advice on what type of medication I should start taking.
It was quick, easy and convenient setup, I had no issues with customer service. My prescription was a little delayed due to the fact their pharmacist not covered by my insurance, but they quickly resolved the issue by transferring to a local pharmacy when I was able to pick it up the same day.
Overall, Twentyeight Health can be a helpful and affordable option for basic reproductive healthcare, especially if you have insurance

Disappointing service
Disappointing service. $20 a month when I was charged before ANYTHING I requested medically was even processed. Won't ever use this service again and if you dont want money taken from you just go to the next site.

TwentyEight Health has helped me a lot when my insurance ended.
I was able to find this service, where they provided me with their own affordable coverage and the medication I need.
It’s also very convenient that you can contact them through chat — they are always helpful and answer any questions I have. Thank you to Laura for the support!
