Purchased a total gym
Purchased a total gym. Had a dispute about the cost on the first invoice. I asked to speak to a Supervisor... And was told the wait is 24 - 48 hours. I told the agent I needed answers earlier and for her to call me on 4 hours as I was going to cancel the order if I have received no response. She agreed. 11 hours later I still have no call from anyone. A earlier call I asked them to call an alternative number I gave them as it was the number I could be reached on. They did not call this. Customer services don't care, argue and are unhelpful.
Do not purchase a Tasti air fryer
Do not purchase or accept a Taste air fryer. Absolute rubbish. Container rusted and temperature markings have come off. Sent photos to TV shop saying not fit for purpose. They said past guarantee period

Worst customer service, put me through hell. I got I-Thread, sent me a faulty one which almost burnt my carpet. Returned it, they tell you the trial will restart, but doesn't mention it continues, if you have kept the item for 2wks, when the replacement unit arrives you can only use for 2 weeks. The dumb people don't understand fitness equipment don't work like this. The contact centre are run by morons. You have to explain them 100 times to get your point through. Seems like different teams don't even communicate with each other and never read notes. Bloody fraud and thieves, I would never recommend TV Shop to any one. The managers are worse, have no clue what they are doing. The contact centre based in India, so hard to communicate with the staff, don't know what type of training they receive. Worst customer service.

Will not shop with TV Shop again. Terrible customer service. Tracking saying my goods had been given to carrier but didn't get to carrier until 2 weeks later. When ever I tried to query by either email or phone always told to wait another up to 72 hours before my query would be dealt with. I had also asked for the address to be updated and this didn't happen. Resulted in my having to pay an extra $21 on freight.

I purchased a Pain Erazor PRO. It was advertised as a Buy 1 get 1 free deal. Package arrived in the mail and as I discovered when opening ONLY ONE was delivered. When I rang to ask why the operator put me on hold for 10 minutes to find out. They eventually returned and confirmed I had only received one because I had accepted the 15% discount code which then cancelled the two for one deal. OK nowhere on the discount code was this detail mentioned AND WHY would you accept this in 1st place when that means you would be paying 85% MORE for the single item?? JUST CRAZY!! NOW I have to send the item back for a refund AT MY EXPENCE for something that's totally not my fault. Please don't make my mistake.

Not a happy customer! Purchased a remote for the conrad meier harvester. Sent it out the next day. Check account they have taken two payments. Took 2 weeks for them to get back to me(high call demand they reakon) then I check my email and they have sent a second remote! I did not order a second one. Confusion at their end. Cant return it because it's a part not a product! Their mistake not mine!!!! It does not say anything on there website that they do not refund parts! Very annoying !!!! And not fair at all!!!

I see the reviews are going as well as expected for this company based on their customer service! Can I give less than one star - No, otherwise I would have.
If you expect to return a product you do not want then don't expect it to be as easy as they make out. You may need to leave many messages for them to contact you about returning the product - none of which will be returned. You may not expect to pay for the product you do not want - alas, that will not be the case either. They will charge you, even when it is in your agreement that you have 30 days right of return without payment. But wait, there's more.......Yes folks along with all this bad customer service you can also expect free condescending emails telling you they are sorting everything out, whilst they are really just taking more money out of your accounts for the same goods you no longer want. All while you wait for someone to get back to you so you can attempt to return their overpriced rubbish! So far we are $2,500 out of pocket - by the way, do yourself a favour and do not purchase their Bambillo Adjustable bed, unless you are partial to sleeping on something akin to a medieval bed of nails, actually, that might have been more comfortable and definitely cheaper!

Bought 2 Sabre stools and although they arrived promptly I see other websites offering exactly the same product for $19.99....as I paid $59.95 per stool I feel this site price gouged. My fault entirely as I should have done more homework but won't be ever dealing with this company again. I'm sure if you Google around you'll find products this store is offering at MUCH cheaper prices for EXACTLY the same thing...brand included

This cooler is so noisy that you can’t sleep with it on. I was told that I could return the item if I am not happy and the return cost is part of the initial freight cost that I will be paying for the delivery of the item. They now say that the unit to be returned will be my cost. What a ripoff. Never will buy anything from this company again. Warning to everyone. Be very careful. Best is not to buy it no matter how good they say it was. Whatever they say is only half true. Will now take them up to the consumer affairs.

Bought a Invictus X7 vacuum, not a product I will recommend. Suction not strong and cannot pick up small particles like dust. Even the mop is not easy to use, it just spit out water unevenly, so floors will not be evenly cleaned.
Have used Electrolux and Dyson. Dyson is still the best

Tried to make enquiries about the transforma ladder. Sent my query and details by email. Refused to answer any of my questions by email, just insisted i phoned. When i asked again about price etc they closed my query case. A company that is not prepared to discuss things by email and will not disclose the price without a telephone call, is a company not worth dealing with
No record of purchase of $6500 bed
Purchased Bambillo Bed in 2017. Fast forward 2021...Step down transformer fails....Suddenly, TV Shop can't find any of my details!! No record of me at all. No record of me paying $6500....amazing accounting. Had to prove from Bank statements that I had made payments. Had enough of their nonsense. Going to Fair Go and Commerce Commission, lets see how fast they respond to that!!
A NIGHTMARE CALLED TVSHOP
Be very careful with dealing with TVSHOP 3 times they have stuffed my account,1st time they made a friend of mine liable for my account which destroyed, our friendship, and we recovered from that. 2nd time they made me liable for her account and said it had gone to dedit collectors. 3 time now they have made my friend liable for my account again I have been having yelling matchs with them and have told them I will go to lawyers to get it sorted and will be paying no more money until it is sorted. SO PEOPLE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DEAL WITH TVSHOP THEY WILL CAUSE YOU SO MUCH STRESS.

The worse experience of my life. Don't buy anything from them. They are a total rip off. Save your money. The products that you get for free, are not. You end up paying anyway. Pay for delivery and you have to pick it up anyway from the depot. If you don't have a ute or trailer, your paying someone else to deliver. They don't tell you that when ordering.
TEBO MASSAGE CHAIR RIP OFF
I saw the ad for the Tebo Massage chair and thought it may be good for my parents. When I spoke with the operator I explained I would only be able to go ahead with the purchase if my parents wanted it . She agreed Subsequently my parents didn't want the chair but when I rang to cancel they said had already been shipped. I spoke with the delivery guy some 7 days later and he said it was still in the warehouse and that I should cancel it again.
When they again insisted that the chair was already on its way to me in Perth I stated that the delivery guy had said it was still in Melbourne. They then said they would stop the delivery but refused to refund my any of my initial deposit saying they were "shipping costs" even though it hadn't left Melbourne
So I am now $1,150 out of pocket for something I haven't even received? Disgraceful behaviour from a disgraceful company So unreasonable even when I offered to pay most of the deposit they refused to give me any back. Will never shop from there again
