Avoid at all costs. Sure they may have a few good things to watch but trying to cancel when you are done is nearly impossible. Stupid forced log-ins and 1,000,000 different security checks that keep... Mehr ansehen

Skrald!

Hvorfor betale hver måned, når de fleste film alligevel skal lejes eller købes. Ikke nok med det, så virker underteksterne ikke halvdelen af tiden - fire ud af fem film har ikke undertekster, virkelig frustrerende. Bestemt ikke pengene værd. Jeg vil næsten sige, at enhver anden gængs streamingtjeneste er bedre end dette.

I was trying to purchase a subscription to Apple TV. They don't list their subscription plans anywhere.

You're immediately prompted to set up a trial. Support said annual plans aren't always available, but I can sign up (i.e. pay) and then view the plans.

That's honestly just a nonsensical setup. I shouldn't need to pay to view my options. I should be able to start an annual plan without paying a monthly and annual fee. I won't sign up until they fix that.

Why the negative remarks about Apple TV?

I have this included in my Apple One subscription & whilst the library isn't huge, the content is very good & has much to offer me - shows like Slow Horses are great & was one of the reasons why I subscribed

C'mon guys, open your eyes to great tv!

Tout est fait pour que tu la ferme s'il y a un quelconque problème. Apple ne doit pas avoir assez d'argent pour payer une hotline et de ce fait, il t'es impossible de la contacter, ni même de faire un message sur la communauté. Voici les faits :
- je loue un film "millénium 2" et c'est le 1 qui passe
- je vais sur apple TV pour demander assistance
- on me dit que je dois mettre à jour mon compte pour pouvoir demander assistance
- je vais sur account.apple.tv et là, on me demande le code CVV de ma carte
- je mets le code CVV de ma carte et on me dit que ce n'est pas le bon
- je tente de passer par un autre accès pour modifier ma carte et voir ce qui cloche
- MAIS pour pouvoir modifier ma carte, on me demande de mettre à jour mon compte . DÉBILE !
- je vais sur la communauté pour poser ma question et lorsque je veux l'envoyer : ERREUR403 !!!

Vous devez bien rire de tous les pigeons que vous plumez du haut de vos milliards !

I tried to cancel my free trial month…

I tried to cancel my free trial month so that it doesn't renew. It's so unclear how to do this that I don't know if I succeeded. I can't sign in anymore, even though my trial month is not over. I did not get a confirmation email that my account is canceled.

You can not cancel their subscription. The for canceling does not work. You get stuck on "Confirm Cancelation" window -you push button hundreds of times nothing happens: I have tried three different web browsers both in Telephone and in Compueter nothing works. Fraudulent.
WARNING: Never start an AppleTV subscription

Try to cancel your subscription. I dare you.

This company makes canceling your subscription take up more of your time than the amount of money is worth hoping that you won't actually cancel because you'll get tired of dealing with them before you're actually able to cancel anything. In my opinion it's a total scam. But since they're Apple I guess they get away with it.

Terrible customer support, they charge an amount for an unsolicited service.

I received an Apple charge of 35 PLN that I did not authorize, but Apple insists it’s a subscription, even though I never activated it. The worst part is that I cannot access my account: the system keeps asking for the card security code, then a phone number, and finally it just shows an error.

I called Apple support and the only “solution” they offered was to cancel the subscription, but they refused to delete my account. They told me I had to do it myself, even though I cannot access it.

For a company of this size, this is unacceptable. Customers should be able to exercise their right to cancel services and delete accounts. Instead of helping, Apple wastes people’s time.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Sure they may have a few good things to watch but trying to cancel when you are done is nearly impossible. Stupid forced log-ins and 1,000,000 different security checks that keep you going in circles entering codes they email or text you until you might finally get lucky to get to the page you need. Otherwise it's another loop of the same BS

Non fate mai abbonamento ad Apple TV, peggio di netflix

Apple tv in Italy is not only useless because of various log in failures (I am a MAC user with my update browsers) - it is really useless and not worth the not cheap fee (9.9eu/month) because its tv shows and movies are crap, overall terribly sexist and macho, the worse cinema and tv ever.

I tried two months now and I will unsubscribe at the end of the second one: all the good cinema is pay per view and the subscription includes only crap series or horrible movies. At least other streamings have two or three free good movies for free...Since I'm a subscriber, I just watched with pleasure Napoleone and Blitz, the rest is less than zero (to quote B.E.E.)

Shocking - their website doesnt work

I am absolutely shocked that an apple tech does not work. No i dont have an iphone and after today even less likely to have one in the future.

So im trying to get apple TV. I had an account like 18 years ago. Reset the password done. Now it does not want to accept my bank cards, different banks - no.

Support is very dificult. The only option is to call them. No chat. No contact form. Ohh wait, i forgot that all them giant companies try to avoid contact or help clients.

Today the website doesnt work. I repeat, APPLE's website does not load :D since im a bit tech savvy - took a snapshot of the tech errors.

Apple - do feel ashamed! No I will not call you. I will use Netflix - easy

I wanted to get a apple tv account (I saw some shows I was interested in). I couldn't create an account because apple already had an account with my email adress. OK, I had an Ipod touch 15 years ago, so I supposed I created my account at this occasion. So I obviously didn't know my password anymore. I asked to reset my password. I received a email, 12hours later, informing me that my request were refused (like Apple refuse me the right to access to my own account?). I tried with my phone number or by creating a new account, nothing works. The SAV just asked me to do what I did already, wanted me to try a icloud adress (I don't have one) or to try with my Ipod (who was dead and buried for a long time)... They didn't help at all and ended saying the only solution was to create another email adress !
Seeing that AWFUL service, I'll just watch the shows illegaly, that'd be easier and Apple clearly doesn't want new clients

Tricked in to signing up

I had a red notification showing on the Apple TV app on my phone so I opened the app to see an offer for a 7 day free trial. Upon signing up I was charged for a month with no free trial.

After immediately cancelling my subscription and contacting them explaining what happened they said I didn’t qualify for a refund and the decision is final.

So I’m stuck with it for a month now and everything I want to watch I have to pay extra for. Absolute rip off.

Locked account, no one can help

Two stars instead of one because they have good TV shows. Unfortunately when I subscribed to watch the new season of Severance one day in advance, they took my money but then for some reason locked my account?? The next day as soon as the Severance episode came out I tried to log in, but it said my account was locked, and if I want to unlock it I have to wait at least a day. I called their support, went through a ton of questions by the automated system, spoke more than 10 minutes to their customer service, and still no solution, I'm paying now for the subscription but am NOT able to watch the shows for which I made it, and nobody can help me for what could be a week, at least until some secret Kafka-esque system approves my request (if that happens at all).

Wtf Apple. This kind of horrible bureaucracy where no one can help you (along with the crazy prices for both new products and repairs, and the lack of ability to run Windows on new Macs) is exactly why I stopped buying apple devices, but even your TV streaming service is that annoying now? All I want is to watch these shows LEGALLY, and I paid for it, but now you leave me with no other option but to use someone else's account or look for illegal streams? I want to support Ben Stiller and the people who make this beautiful show, why do you make it so difficult!! And if you don't let me at least refund me the money I paid!!

I paid for nothing

I paid for nothing. Since I bought the subscription (which I obviously don't plan to renew), I haven't been able to watch two episodes in a row without interruptions.

I signed up to watch Severance and El Silo, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to watch them without interruptions. Before you try to justify such a scam with my connection, I already told you that I watch Netflix, Max, Amazon and Disney regularly and without any problem. I have tried up to 4 devices, all of which have interrupted the Apple TV+ streaming.

Perhaps it is too late to request a refund, I have tried to be patient, but after two weeks with this pathetic service I have decided to try to get my money back. I feel scammed and angry, especially considering that you raised the subscription price by 30% just two months ago.

Anyway, I ask that you return my money and if not, that you at least apologize for having stolen my money by advertising a service that you are incapable of providing and that is unworthy of a company of your size.

Frarådes på det kraftigste!

Den dårligste streaming tjeneste jeg har prøvet. Latterligt indhold og de fleste er med yderligere betaling. De ripper dig for et godt ord.
Yderligere er tjenesten total besværlig at framelde!

Man kan simpelthen ikke afmelde abonnementet igen!
Links virker ikke, og man bliver ledt hen på en side der siger man skal hente en app til Apple Music for at afmelde. Hvilket er fusk og humbug.
Irritations moment uden lige findes ikke!

How are you a company

Apple tv shows are great quality and variety
The service however doesn't live up to that quality, maybe they spend too much money on content and not enough on developers.
Windows app isues:
First it didn't recognise my subscription, wanting me to do a free trial.
Then once that was sorted it decided to make my main monitor flicker to black (not the monitor showing the apple tv shows).

So I thought oh well i'll go try the website.
Website:
I cant click on anything I cant log in hell i can't even click the free trial button. Basically its just a png of a website without any functionality.

Ok well thats not an issue I've been using the apple tv app on my tv so I guess i can try there.

Tv app:
Infinite loading. Yep thats right it wont even load there as of yesterday.

Thankfully i got my subscription of 3 months for free as part of o2 priority so it hasnt costed me anything.
Don't subscribe to apple tv just go watch some paint dry or maybe if you are feeling adventurous take a screenshot of their website and just stare at it. It has the same functionality
