I'm sorry there was a delay with your order. I did email you the reason there had been delays to WA. Part of the railway from the eastern states to WA had been destroyed from the floods and it is taking up to 4 weeks for regular post to be delivered.
We had your order with Australia Post within 12 hours of you ordering. We really try our best on our end but we just cannot possibly take responsibility for courier delays especially those due to extreme weather conditions.

The suction plates do not suction…
The suction plates do not suction accordingly, my 8.5 month has pulled it off the high chair multiple times. I think for the amount that is spent it should be good quality. The $9 suction plate from Kmart is 10x better and does not move

I'm sorry you felt this way about our dinnerware sets. I do use these every day with my kids and have never had a problem with the suction.
I did reach out to you through email after you wrote this review and processed a refund.
Love it!
Love that the products are microwaveable and dishwasher safe! The suction is also very handy when the kids are at that adventurous age!
Also nice to mix and match the colours.
