We had both First Aid at work training and the Fire Marshalling training with Tutor care. Both experiences were really amazing. They were well organized and all the participants were highly satisfied with the experience they got.

The trainer was clear in his presentation, and was happy to answer questions. I enjoyed the use of PowerPoint presentation which included not only factual information but real-life examples, from both within and outside the trainer's personal experience. It was also helpful that notes were was sent to the participants afterwards. A potential improvement could be a short quiz to check our knowledge.

I recently completed my NVQ Level 3 qualification with Tutorcare and had a really good experience overall. The course was well structured and easy to follow, and the support from my assessor was excellent throughout.
Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly, and I felt supported at every stage of the qualification. The flexibility of the course made it easy to balance my studies alongside work, which was a big plus.

I found the teaching day on Basic Life Support and Manual Handling extremely valuable and well delivered. The session was clear, engaging, and well structured, with a good balance between theory and hands-on practice.

The Basic Life Support training was particularly useful, as the demonstrations were clear and the opportunity to practise skills in a safe, supportive environment helped to build confidence and reinforce correct techniques. The manual handling session was equally beneficial, with practical guidance that was directly relevant to clinical practice and helped improve awareness of safety for both patients and staff.

The facilitators were knowledgeable, approachable, and encouraged questions, which created a positive learning atmosphere. Overall, the teaching day enhanced my confidence, competence, and understanding of essential skills that are fundamental to safe and effective patient care.

I recently completed my RCF diploma level 2 in health and social care with tutor care.
My assessor Ella Nelson was amazing. She guided me throughout the whole exercise and always ready to offer her assistance.

Completing my RQF Diploma in Health and Social care with Tutorcare has been a great experience as the course presentation were tailored fit which has helped in my career advancement.

I recently attend an online fire Marshall training day. I immensely enjoyed it, it was extremely thorough very informative. I like the way our instruction engaged with us with questions and answers, it covered everything and has led me to implement a few changes or alterations at my place of work

Megan Ibbotson has done an excellent job. She supported me throughout all my assignments, and she was always available whenever I needed guidance. Her responses were prompt, clear, and very helpful. She consistently pointed me in the right direction, and she is truly an outstanding tutor.

I also appreciate that TutorCare uses an easy-to-understand and user-friendly platform for their Blackboard system. It makes learning smooth, accessible, and well-organised. I am genuinely happy to learn through TutorCare, and the overall experience has been very positive.
