After complaining that your assessor was taking forever to feedback on my work what did you do? NOTHING!!
As a result, I canceled the direct debit because all you kept doing was taking out my hard earned money without doing your job as you should!! This organisation is a scam! A big one at that! Do not register with them!
Give back my over £500 if you’re not a scam! Taking money for services you never rendered! Bunch of thieves!

First aid refresher course with Kevin was great. He covered the material really thoroughly & made it all very accessible with his hints and tips to remember things. I hope to not have to do any first aid for real, but feel prepared to do so if required.

Kevin led a really effective first aid training session that was both informative and approachable. He broke things down in a clear, practical way and made sure everyone felt involved and comfortable asking questions. His friendly style and strong knowledge made the session enjoyable, and I left feeling much more prepared and confident. Really appreciate the great training—thanks, Kevin!

I attended a 3 day training course on First Aid At Work, which was excellent. It was so well presented by our trainer, Nick Kenyon-Muir. The course was very informative and covered every aspect of first aid. The practical elements of the course were very helpful and fun to undertake. I now feel equipped to use the skills I have learnt at work and in everyday life. I would highly recommend this course.

Great insight and education into Fire Safety and procedures to take in the event of a fire

Completed Fire Marshall Training with Robert. Very well presented and interactive training. Very knowledgeable and engaging trainer.

I completed a very informative and useful Fire Marshal training course arranged with Tutorcare. The booking process was very smooth and easy. The staff are very pleasant and courteous and extremely helpful with any questions or queries. Will definitely be using their services again.

AED Training
Chris gave an excellent training session that significantly improved my understanding of how to use a defibrillator. I now feel far more confident in my ability to respond effectively should the need arise. Questions were answered clearly, and the use of his anecdotes gave us a genuine sense of how important this training is.

He explained everything in detail and made sure everyone understood what was going on and all questions where answered

One day first aid at work course was expertly conducted and very informative. I feel confident that I will be able to put my learning into practice if needed.

Really enjoyed Nick's way of teaching. Did not baby you but also did not assume you knew everything. Enough information to not feel bored and really learn something, but not too much to lose focus
