I was introduced to Gagan through a friend who had previously used his service.

I then spoke about a dream trip to Europe for my wife's 40th birthday. I used Gagan's concierge service to book Perth to Paris, all business class and then for a return, London back to Perth, part business and part first class.

With Gagan’s Skool program that I signed up for and pay.com.au points I have managed to upgrade my economy flight from Melbourne to Los Angeles to business class on Delta Airlines. It’s a 14-hour nonstop flight. More importantly, my flight was booked only 40 days before flying at one of the busiest travel periods, in December.

I booked an economy flight, then transferred 90,000 pay.com.au points that translated to 30,000 award miles. My upgrade was 30,000 points + $600 USD ($950 AUD). The retail price of the flight $8,700 as per the screenshot. Approximately, I saved $7,000.

I have been following the guidance and principles Gagan has taught me for well over a year now. Gagan is a delight to deal with. He is patient and helpful, focussing on what I need to achieve in terms of upcoming flights. That's just a starter. The strategies he has given me will allow me to accrue the points I need for much more regular Business Class flights and the facilities to find and book those flights, far better than what I was used to.
