Although I am still at the beginning stages of my procedure, I can talk about my experience with Turkey cares in Izmir. My medical consultant, Esra did a phenomenal job with making me feel comfortable before going to Turkey while in Turkey, and still after being back home from Turkey. She is very hospitable, warm, pleasant, and informative. I appreciate her for being with me every step of the way during this journey, as I am one to be very nervous and cautious of any and everything that I do in life. She made this experience less worrying for me. I was lucky to have her. Everything was coordinated promptly, everything was easy. Everything was planned out perfectly from being picked up at the airport in a nice transfer vehicle to the rides to and from the clinic, it all flowed perfectly. My procedure (hair transplant FUE) went well, It wasn’t painful at all. I was so nervous about that part, as I don’t take pain well. So if you’re worried about pain, I assure you, it was very, very easy. The doctors working on my transplant did an amazing job. I commend them! As I said, I don’t have any results as of yet, (1 week post transplant ) but if you are thinking about booking with Turkey cares, I’d say go ahead and do it. You will be in good hands. Everyone there was professional and friendly. My experience was great. I’m even considering going back for other things in the future. This experience has been life-changing for me as I’ve never had any procedure done as well as never traveling abroad. I am so glad I picked turkey cares as the hospital to do my procedure at. I have had two experiences with Turkey Cares in Izmir, one as companion to my wife and recently as a patient myself. Both have been overwhelmingly positive. Esra was our liaison and on both occasions she has been brilliant. I had a Gynamastia, midi tummy tuck, lipo and inner thigh lift. My surgeon Dr Burce Karantinaci, has done an amazing job, The Gazi hospital were also friendly and professional throughout. Language was never an issue. I had confidence throughout and was very happy with the organisation and consideration during our visit.

I had an abdominoplasty with 360-degree liposuction as well as a breast reduction and lift, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. Dr. Mustafa Öksüs did an outstanding job. My scars are so beautiful and well done that even people who have seen them were positively shocked by the results.
I had already left a comment 2 or 3 months after my surgeries, and now, at 6 months post-operation, I would like to share my final opinion. I would also like to mention that I am from Canada 🇨🇦, and despite the distance, everything was handled in a very professional and reassuring manner.
Beyond the aesthetic results, I would also like to highlight the excellent follow-up care. Every time I had a question or concern, Dr. Mustafa Öksüs always took the time to respond and advise me with professionalism and kindness.
I would also like to thank Esra and Özcan for their support, availability, and guidance throughout the entire process.
In summary, I am very satisfied with my experience and I highly recommend Dr. Mustafa Öksüs without any hesitation.

J'ai vécu une expérience très positive de mon premier séjour médical à Izmir à la clinique Westend.
Très bonne prise en charge tarifs super attractif par rapport à la Belgique le staff s occupe de tout (transport de l'aéroport à l'hôtel et de l'hôtel à la clinique.)
La pose des 7 implants s'est parfaitement déroulée sans douleur.
Je remercie particulièrement Moumin pour sa patience, son professionalisme et son accompagnement durant tout mon séjour.
Impatient de retouner dans 4 mois pour la pose définitive des prothèses.

The surgery doctor is excellent; he explains clearly and honestly what to do befor and after surgery. There's a very important recovery period after surgery, and you can contact them anytime for follow-up, which is very good. They also advise on any medications you may need.

My main fear was the procedure, the pain during, and after procedure was done. I didn't feel pain during the procedure until it was complete an 8hr procedure. I was shocked. I felt a bit dizzy and odd when I got up from the bed for just a few seconds and I was fine.

From the moment of communication with administrators Fiona and Esra, communication was clear and daily. They answered my questions even with time zone difference between us. Finding a date for the surgery, to booking flight tickets, they were involved.

Upon landing they sent a driver to pick me, for any appointments and rides I needed, they sent the driver to pick me up and drive me forth and back to the hotel. Breakfast was included and delicious and hotel was clean, safe, and at a very nice area with restaurants and shopping.

I was able to return to work immediately, my head is healing, hair is growing, waiting to see the hair transplant area hair growth in a few months.

I paid $2000 for the procedure, hotel with breakfast, and transportation included.

The communication with the clinic staff and the doctors are still active as we speak, guiding me to the next steps, answering all questions rising.

I highly recommend this place for those like me who are tired of using all these tablets, oils, shampoos, all this hair products that don't work, especially for our hair type. All this money spent on products, its more than $2000 compounded, If I would have known it was not scary, and nothing to worry about I would have done this earlier and saved me some money. I highly recommend to stop procrastinating and just do it.
