Complete rip-off. They promise to refund the subscription fee if not satisfied, but, they never did. I cancelled the subscription in 24 hours because the connection was very bad but did not even get a reply from them until 6 months later and without a refund asking me to contact their management.

This subscription sets you up on auto renewal, doesn't have a way to cancel the subscription other than contact their customer support, which I'm pretty sure is illegal in multiple countries (the company runs out of Singapore, and a quick check suggests it is illegal too). They also do not send you a reminder about your subscription prior to renewal, and just charge to your account. Couldn't get a refund back but writing this to tell people to stay away from it. Hopefully this site loses it business for its dodgy practices

The process for cancelling your subscription is very frustrating. You have to do it on the original device and you must do it via email or chat with a bot. I have no faith in either method to ensure my messages a wishes are being sent through and seen by a person to see the cancellation is completed.

Furthermore, I have absolute ZERO usage on my account since the renewal hit. Despite this obvious lack of use and the fact that new users get 27 months for only $79.99, their support team coldly refused a refund and hid behind a "30-day policy" template. This company relies on trapping old users and punishing them for forgetting to navigate their complicated cancellation maze. I am filing a formal chargeback and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Turbo vpn worked only 2 times, after which there were no more connections. Attempts to solve the problem with support took a lot of time, but did not give any result. I refused to use and demanded a refund. They said "yes", but did not return anything. Moreover, after half a year they withdrew money from my account again. Undoubted scammers.
