Turbify support rep Ruchitha not only was exceptionally calm, professional, and patient as she handed my difficult billing dispute case, but she voluntarily all on her own went well out of her way to conduct additional research and suggesting alternatives to in the end make me a highly satisfied Turbify customer. I couldn't get my problem solved right away when it is obvious that my renewal charge is for the wrong web hosting service. I have an Essentials plan, which is 7.99 per month, and I'm being charged for the Advanced plan at 12.99 per month. I was told it's because of price increases. That's incorrect, because the math does not add up. Plus, in the renewal email, it says Advanced plan when my dashboard says I have the Essentials plan. I'm still waiting for an answer. This should have been an obvious error and corrected immediately.

My support team member acted in a professional manor and he worked diligently to make quick resolution to my inquiry. I am a business owner who can't waist time on the phone and I don't have a full time IT staff, I find comfort in the fact that Trubify understands that and has the support necessary to insure that my online presents is available, secured, and accurate.
