I am beyond frustrated and extremely disappointed. I ordered a box on February 13 and still have not received anything—no box, no tracking number, nothing. Customer service is THE WORST. We have been emailing back and forth repeatedly, yet they are completely incapable of providing a tracking number or actually sending the box I paid for. At this point, it feels like I’ve been scammed. When I finally asked to cancel—since they apparently can’t manage to ship one box—I was told I am “contractually obligated” to purchase two more boxes and would be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Absolutely unbelievable. What a “great gift” for my third trimester—stress, frustration, and zero accountability from this company. Buyer beware. Purchase at your own risk.

I love how the box gives a bit of stuff to mom and baby!! Starts out mainly for mom then as the months go by baby, starts to get stuff too.

I love this subscription box everything is so cute and useful and the bonus pregnancy pillow has been so nice even if it came a little late. I also plan on using it as a nursing pillow!

I love the little surprises every month the items are all practical and cute and I think the curated boxes offer a nice little gift and make me as an expecting mom feel special.

My Wife loves these boxes, whenever they arrive its like a little baby shower. Im happy to have subscribed as these give her joy and excitement for the little one we are expecting.

Absolutely love this box. Everything is gender neutral and useful. The recipes in the back of some of the inserts are a really nice touch.

I ordered the promotional box with the free pregnancy pillow for my granddaughter. As it is her first child, a couple of months went by, my credit card was charged. And she received nothing. I noticed a second charge on my credit card. Went to the checking information and saw that a new box had been shipped out but it had been in the same location for 4 days. I contacted the company who told me that I did not qualify for the first promotion of the free pregnancy pillow. I said, then why did you charge me for it? And then charge me again without even notifying me. And I did not receive his response. I then attempted to cancel my box and was told that I would have to pay a $25 fee for a early cancelation. This is a complete and total scam. I read the reviews about the items that were received in boxes from other subscribers, and they described it as being pure crap, cheap thin material easily breakable. Now all I want is my money back

Amazing items and quality

Got this for my wife… contents a little on the cheap side for the price… finally got the pillow and it’s not even the same one that was originally advertised… please save the hello fresh cards that truly have no value. Kind of insulting that they are included and implied to be part of the packages as if it adds value. Overall disappointing.

I ordered this subscription for my daughter, who is pregnant with her first child. Each month she receives a box with a number of thoughtful items.

Every time she receives her box it's like Christmas and she calls me to share the experience.

at first I was disappointed that I didn't get my pregnancy pillow until now because I've needed one for months and I already bought a pregnancy pillow however I was still pleased to receive it because I realized this pregnancy pill could also double as a nursing pillow so I'm excited to use it

I love when I get my tum to mom boxes! It’s like a treat and gets me more excited to meet baby! It was a gift from my love to me as we celebrate our little bundle of joy! Few more months and she’ll be here! Soooo much useful items! My favorite is the body pillow I received! I use it every night! Helps sooo much with the pain and discomfort and I can actually get good sleep! The wellness items I received.. from cute fuzzy socks.. the pajamas.. bath stuff.. everything, I put to great use! Candles! Gets a woman going crazy and teary eyed because it makes me feel that my partner sees me.. he celebrates me.. and he cares! And he’s with me every step of the way! Thank you for making pregnancy a fun journey with these boxes that bring such smile to my face!

The box was a nice little gift to myself, but I ended up not using the majority of the items I received. The third trimester box was by far my favorite and had the most functional items that I will actually use, but I felt like the majority of the other boxes just added more junk into my life.

Main reason i subscribe was the maternity pillow it arrives a lil later than needed ad well as it is so small definitely not a full maternity pillow
