Unhappy because I have been charged full price for the first boxes instead of 29$ + I have not received the free pillow as mentioned + I wrote to customer service the day of delivery as soon as I received it and still haven’t got any reply

Regarding the free pregnancy pillow, it is included as a gift with the 4th subscription box, as stated on our website. Since your subscription has not yet reached that point, the pillow has not yet been shipped.
Additionally, we did receive your email and responded the same day. If you haven’t seen a reply, we kindly suggest checking your spam or junk folder, as emails occasionally end up there.

This company is an absolute joke
This company is an absolute joke. I ordered a subscription one of the main reasons was to get the nice free pregnancy pillow as a gift. I never received my pillow as promised. The first box was not 30% off like stated and when I emailed about this they ignored my emails. I then asked to cancel my subscription if I was going to be treated that way especially with the currency exchange since I live in Canada and they continued to ignore my emails. I have sent a total of 4 or 5 emails and not one has been responded to. This company’s customer service is outrageous and not worth the money or the hassle. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for bump boxes.

Great subscription, ignored cancellation requests.
I purchased this for my DIL. She was excited every month, and all the products were nice, thoughtful, and ones she wouldn't have thought to buy.
WE had a great experience with TumtoMom during this subscription. The service was fantastic and everything was smooth while I was actively subscribed.
However, the cancellation process has been disappointing.
The subscription was supposed to end one month after my baby was born, but it continued beyond that. I submitted a cancellation request last month, expecting it to be processed, but unfortunately, the subscription was not canceled as expected. I sent a follow-up email on 07/17 to cancel again and have not received any response. I emailed once more today to resolve the issue.
It’s frustrating not to receive a reply, especially after being a satisfied customer during the subscription. I hope the company improves its communication and cancellation process for future customers.

Signed up for the Tum to Mom boxes for daughter
We signed up for the Tum to Mom boxes for our daughter. She was delighted! One box had a nightie in the wrong size. When i reached out, I received a response within an hour and a replacement was shipped the next day. It was easy to reach customer service and they rectified the issue promptly. My daughter looks forward to each box and sends us photos of the cool things she gets for baby and for mama. We would definitely recommend, and do this again.

They really loved the first box after birth that had the flash cards for my little granddaughter. She really notices them!! I ordered a Tum to Mum box for my daughter. This was her first pregnancy, she is a doctor and works so many hours. When the first box arrived, she was so excited! The Mom Sweat Shirt and Momma Bear slippers were awesome. Every month the items make her feel special. Now that her little girl is here, the box that came this month had a sign for the stroller, which she LOVES; about grown up germs and not touching the baby, how perfect!
