I was so excited to receive the Tumella Unbrella as a gift from my mom. I am from Chicago but currently live in Tucson, AZ. I rely on public transportation in ALL weather.
SO.. The Tumella is perfect for moderate storms. It absolutely will not hold up in tough weather. 100% absolutely not. The Tumella folded when struck by extreme wind over and over. Gives Amazing sun and rain coverage but Not a
At All For Extreme Weather. I promise you will be disappointed. still looking for the one. ;(

I bought my first umbrella in October 2025, but by September, it stopped closing properly and wouldn't lock into place when opened. I contacted customer service and spoke with Gen, who replied very promptly. After I provided evidence of the issue, she reviewed it and quickly arranged for a brand-new replacement. Excellent service!

This is a very great product

I was very impressed by the customer service and the validity of the warranty with the company. I sent the photo of my broken umbrella to the company as requested on their email, within a day I had an email asking about my order number which I duly provided and then seven days later a new umbrella appeared on my doorstep. The umbrella itself is brilliant anyway but with this service backup, I highly recommend it to anyone. 

I had a minor issue with my first Tumella umbrella, but as soon as I reached out, their customer service responded immediately and sent me a replacement without any hassle. The new umbrella works perfectly, and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their product this well. Highly recommend Tumella for both the quality and the outstanding service.

I can’t recommend Tumella highly enough. Their umbrella stood up incredibly well to the frequent wet and windy Welsh weather and was noticeably stronger and more durable than other umbrellas I’ve owned.
When my umbrella sadly broke during some unusually strong weather, I contacted their customer service and was really impressed by how responsive, friendly and helpful they were. They replaced it immediately, without any fuss.
I’m extremely happy with both the quality of the product and the customer service. It’s genuinely refreshing to come across a business that stands by its products and keeps its word. It’s nice to know there are still genuine, trustworthy companies out there.

I don't use an umbrella very often in Phoenix, but this week, we had a Super El Nino related storm and I had to pull out every umbrella I own to find ONE that worked. This one did. I let my teen take the umbrella to school and IT CAME BACK after 3 hard days of use, with no issues. It holds up. It is big enough to cover a human and a chunky school backpack. Very pleased.

The umbrella did not fail my expectations, uniquely beautiful design and strong wind resistance for my Ohio rain storms, no umbrella keeps you dry in lateral rain but this did a good overall job. I get a lot of compliments and "where did you buy that" questions.

What I like the most about my new umbrella (besides how super cute it is) is how I can be confident that my umbrella won’t flip inside out. Best umbrella ever!

After purchasing an umbrella in Dec. 2024 and finding a broken rib in 2026, I was concerned that the warranty might not be valid.
I contacted the company and, after sending back some pictures and a receipt, I received a brand new umbrella.
It's very unusual in this day and age to actually have a lifetime warranty. Thank you, Tumella team, for the service.

Customer service.
I purchased two umbrellas from them last year. Unfortunately I had an issue with one of them not folding down. I contacted the company not sure if they could help in anyway. But to my surprise I was dealt with swiftly. I explained the issue and without quibble they apologised and immediately sent me out a new umbrella. There customer service is excellent. I was dealt with politely and efficiently. I would recommend Tumella with out hesitation. There product is exactly as advertised great guarantee. Thank you

This is a very nice umbrella. It doesn't blow up in the wind and comes in a nice variety of colors. I would recommend it to anyone that likes high-quality umbrellas.

I keep this umbrella always in my trunk, its handy when it rains. It does not fold on wind, its easy to open and close

This is a very well made umbrella. I felt confident in giving it to my grand daughter to use. I wanted her to have an umbrella that would protect her from wet weather and keep her dry.
