Conversation feedback
Gave me a couple good things to look into regarding my PR but overall the person I spoke with came across as quite rude and unprofessional. As someone who is here alone without any family in Canada, the conversation didn't fill me with much confidence and actually made me question my choice of immigrating here completely. I explained my situation to the person I spoke with and he replied very negatively, sighing and sounding disinterested. I understand he must have a lot of these conversations everyday but I just wanted some help understanding the process of obtaining residency in Canada. Hopefully he sees this message and has a more positive outlook on people who just have questions about how things work regarding immigration.

Hi, Chris here. I'm the guy you spoke to. I am sorry that the tone of the conversation we had, which was a free call, didn't fill you with confidence, as you said. Our immigration system is very competitive and unfortunately I don't have a solution or pathway for people who don't have enough points. My best advice is just telling the truth so you can make the best decision for your future. Of course we do offer paid consultations where you can get more in depth about alternatives.

Chris was not helpful
Chris was not helpful, he was late calling and was clearly doing something else while speaking to me and my partner. He just told us we were at a stale mate and that was that, which we already had known we were a bit stuck hense the call. I asked about other rural streams for pr and he had no ability to answer the questions I had.
Very disappointed! Considering he is an integration consultant I knew more about the rural programs than him.
