Happy with my tubz sweets after I place my order I press the wrong button and order 9 toys which was my mistake.which the young lady call the next day to explain to me which was nice of her so I will be definitely ordering again

Easy to order and delivered very quickly.

Ordered 1 box “I love bunnies” with 12 figures inside as a surprise for my daughter ending school but only 9 packs of figures came. Called them and got a reply straight away. Was a delivery company issue. Missing packages was sent in a day and was even 5 packs instead of 3 missing! We were so happy! Thank you so much! Excellent customer service, highly recommended!

Delivered when expected, no problem with products

Ordered 5 boxes, only 4 turned up, emailed them and got a reply straight away. Missing box turned up the next day and was a delivery company issue. Just really good customer service.

Excellent customer service! There was a slight mix up with my order, but Sally from Tubz was so helpful in sorting this out efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. So refreshing to phone a company and speak to a person, and then have that person be helpful and follow things up for me. She always called me back or emailed when she said she would. Very reliable company and happy to help. Was a delight to deal with them and I will definitely shop with them again. Excellent customer service, thank you Tubz! I just wish more companies were as much of a delight to deal with as you are :-)

The team are always really helpful and Paul goes above and beyond supporting me in my new venture. Any issues have been caused by me but he has helped me resolve them. I’m able no to order just what I need and delivery is swift.

Price is good, delivery is expensive but ok for a big order, we use tubz as a fundraiser for our club and its gone down a treat.
