Please do not hire a boat here
please do not hire a boat here, this company is not only unreliable but unable to take responsibility for their own actions. Especially the owner George Tsirgotis is a very unfriendly and unreliable person.
Background: We hired a boat with them for one of our clients from their base in Lefkada. On request we received the base details for their base in Lefkada but they have been totally incorrect. The person mentioned as a base manager is not working for the company for over two years, all phone numbers in the boarding pass have been incorrect, the name of the boat was wrong and even the mentioned office did not exist.
More over when the client called me, panicking a bit that his boat might not be available, I tried to call them on all available numbers. Only the last number I had (out of 5) worked out and instead of explaining the situation and saying sorry for the mistakes that happened they reacted extremely unfriendly and rude, rejecting any problem was caused from their end.
