I really wanted this product to work for my child, but after 30 consistent days of use, I saw absolutely no change in digestion, energy, mood, or overall wellness. When I reached out to request a refund based on their advertised “no questions asked” 30-day guarantee, I was told I could only receive a full refund if the bottles were unopened—despite their website very clearly saying otherwise.

The return policy stated on the site is:

“Just email us… we’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked.”

Yet when I contacted them, I was told I could only get a partial refund because the product was opened. It makes no sense to promise results in 30 days and offer a money-back guarantee—but only if you don’t actually try it.

Also worth noting: the instructions on the bottle directly contradict what’s on their website. The bottle says to use 1 full dropper (approx. 30 drops), while the website says 3–5 drops. I reached out before starting, and they confirmed the label was “outdated,” even though they’re still shipping those bottles to new customers. That’s not only misleading—it could be dangerous for a child.

Overall, I’m disappointed. I feel misled by their marketing and unsupported by customer service. I would not recommend this product or company to other parents unless and until they clarify their practices, honor their policies, and ensure safe, up-to-date labeling.

After placing an order, I came across concerning reviews and immediately tried to cancel. That’s when the red flags started:

🚩 #1 – They only responded around 12am via email.
🚩 #2 – They delayed their replies, then suddenly claimed my order had shipped.
🚩 #3 – After I filed a dispute with my bank, they began emailing me repeatedly asking me to cancel the chargeback — very unprofessional.
🚩 #4 – They gave me a random, untraceable tracking number.
🚩 #5 – When the package finally arrived, it had a completely different tracking number.
🚩 #6 – I offered to return the items in good faith, but they kept asking me for the tracking number from the package they shipped. As the seller, they should have that. This felt like a stall tactic, and I refused to provide it — especially since they could potentially use it to alter records to fight the dispute.
🚩 #7 – They are now refusing to provide return instructions unless I cancel the dispute, which is completely inappropriate and suspicious.

They’ve copied another brand’s products (Joy Spring), and the overall experience has been unprofessional, vague, and non-transparent. I wish I had never ordered from them

Terrible customer service. I have inquired on an update about my delivery 6 times with no response. Absolutely unacceptable don’t order from them

If i could rate it 0 star i would. Complete scam of a company. Got the product for three children-didnt work on any and they tried to convince me to try other methods of giving it and refused to give me my 30 day money back guarentee. Do NOT shop from these guys they are a scam and will NOT give you the refund if it doesnt work. They also tried to tell me that the dosage i am giving is incorrect when there is one specific instruction to give 1ml dropper a day. Avoid these guys as youll be wasting your money.

Steer clear from this scam of a company! It’s been almost 2 months now and I haven’t received this item. Yet they won’t process my refund. I’m definitely giving my bank a phone call to get my money from these bunch of scammers! The only mistake I made was not coming to trustpilot to check their reviews before giving them my £30.

I ordered the product and tried to cancel the order as it hadn't even been delivered yet but customer service said they couldn't cancel.
Tried the product and didn't work on my son and contacted support again for a refund as stated on their website. However, they still tried to convince me to use the product in various ways and avoided the whole refund idea altogether.
Avoid at all costs I feel like it was a total scam and feel so guilty for having fallen for this kind of stuff. Waste of money. Plus packaging is so cheaply done didn't look professional at all. Not worth the amount they charge it was extortionate!

These people are scammers, first time ever fallen for an online ad and ordered immediately without researching. They play with parent feelings just to make a sale! Horrible! Avoid! The worst that these unreliable scammers have the information of the address and name, nothing is safe these days!
