I ordered box dry leakproof boxers. And it's big on size. I reached out to customer service via email and they're willing to do a refund but I need to pay for shipping to Austria. Or an alternative of keeping the item and get a credit of 40% back . I replied inquiring about an exchange. They agreed with it even free shipping and keep the original item in return I have to leave an honest review. Screenshot and published date because they rely on customers real feedback in real time.

I ordered a brace based on the weight and received a XXL. It ended up being too big but felt good. I asked if I could return it for a smaller size and without hesitation I was sent a smaller size. To me that says a lot about a company and look forward to my knee feeling better.

Received my order and it was the wrong size for my husband. Peak Flex customer service has been outstanding in helping to remediation the issue and get the correct size to me to help my husband issue.

The product is well made and seems to work well. Unfortunately, the one I was using was too tight. Even though I followed the sizing chart, because I have large thighs, it was too tight and I will need a size Large.

Great Customer Service good shipping a great communication. The leg sleeves were very nice. Fit comfortable to size. I’m glad I ordered this product. Had a mishap received two left sleeves contacted customer service. Got an answer within a couple hours saying that they were happy to send out a replacement free of charge and no shipping. I place an order for a knee brace and order the wrong size I send an email and to Peak Flex and 2 hours later I receive and answer back and to my surprise they said they will replace it with the right size and no charge who dose that? I do appreciate it and will definitely let my people know about this company if they need a knee brace.i can wait to get the right one cause I try the left leg and it felt great so just know the right knee is going to be no pain. My name is David and I Received the products as described, however 1 pair was too big for me and they are replacing the pair to fit my knee correctly with the most support. I like the product and so far it has been great customer service.

They looks really good,,,I ordered the 2+2 and received all left and no right. They said the will send the 2 rights. Will leave another review and rating ,when I get the 2 rights, customer service said they will send me right order.

Peakflex customer service have been very helpful in my ordering process. I've had concerns about the shipping days being so long. Each and every time I email someone would respond back in responsible time. They are helpful in my replacing my recent order of getting a smaller size. Please note if your size an XL on your existing knee braces please go down a size or two just because Peakflex sizes seem to run big.

Kept me informed from ordering to delivery. Provided me with a replacement item as original was a little too large without any additional costs or issues. Excellent customer service.

The design of the knee sleeve is great i really think that it will help me greatly. I however ordered a size to large but the company was more then happy to get me the correct size for the best results. Good Customer Support from my experience and the knee sleeve is well made too.

The brace I ordered didn't fit and they were fabulous with a response to replace it.

I bought the special for the 4 knee braces from and as with most items I purchase online I have to try it to believe. I waited until my vacation to know this product would work. To my approval my joint pain was truly removed and my flexibility restored just doing routine walking. I now know I have a product that will stand up to my job and aid me in the gym on my journey to get fit and healthy. Especially with these companies going to cement flooring which has no give on the knee joints I discovered 1 problem however during shipping, I recieved all left braces so I notified customer support and I received aid with my problem and I dealt with a person not some long process with a computer. I definitely recommend the product and the company for the product working and how quick they were in assistance with resolving my issue.
