Product is ok but not good company to deal with . I ordered 3 bottles to try with intending to reorder if any benefits shown 3 bottles at stated dose should last 120 days but half way through first bottle had another payment taken from my bank for over £48-00 so I contacted them was told it was a subscription order and was already in post so I cancelled straight away but as it had been sent I would except it but when it arrived was only 2 bottles and only total of 60 doses so in fact works out double the price

Work with unknown, from his point of view, the rural post office servicing my area.
He was very understanding and we resolved it

I have been taking olvexa for two weeks now and I’m beginning to feel the effects getting a better sleep and feeling less tingling in my feet can sleep 4 hours solid without waking up which is great before I started taking olvexa I was lucky if I slept 2 hours at a time so I would say something is definitely starting to work early days but onwards and upwards

The company have pre ticked subscription tucked away so its hard to find on the order form. This is illegal in the UK. The company have continually taken money from my Mum with no way to cancel except changing banks. Do not buy from this company.

This is scam company that using bad policies. The auto subscriptions is already checked before you even order. Try and get it cancelled they claim you can not until after the second transaction. The product did not even have name on bottle like advertised. The exact same bottle is sold at Walmart for almostt 1/3 of the price. Don’t do business with this company

I ordered 3+2 bottles in good faith . Upon reading my order the word SUBSCRIPTION appeared and informed me a further delivery was scheduled for October 25 . I never agreed to /or wanted any subscription . I tried to cancel my subscription using their " Magic Key "(WTF ? ) but hey presto it didn't work and advised me I was one order short of being eligible . I sent a further E-Mail informing them to cancel my subscription and under no circumstances to take any more monies from my account and another giving them a deadline to respond otherwise I would write an unfavourable review of them . They chose to ignore both . This is becoming more prevalent with American Companies who seem to think that scamming their customers will bring them huge rewards ( Doh ) . On their FAQ page The first 2 are Why have I been sent goods I didn't order ? and Why have I been subscribed without being informed . Had I read that first I wouldn't have touched them with a barge pole . Order with this company at your peril .

This scam company have taken 2 payments out of my account when I haven't received any products, not that I asked for any, and I'm going to pass it to Action Fraud, I've had enough of scammers!!

Appalling company. Order 3 bottles and now two weeks later said they are sending 3 more which I haven't ordered.
One bottle is supposed to last 4 weeks so how come they want to send more in only 2 weeks.
Don't touch with a barge pole.

First i knew that they had signed me up for a subscription was when i got an email saying my next batch was on its way, absolutely untrustworthy company. DO NOT ORDER OR ENGAGE WITH THEM.

Has a good taste to encourage use.
Didn't know I had agreed a subscription and want it put under my control. I want the subscription cancelled.

I started to see a difference around week 3 nothing I could quantify but as each week passes I notice more the brain fog has started to lift . I feel different now, but again I can’t quantify how . But now that I have started on the drops I won’t be stopping. Hope this helps someone.

Beware! This company offers a discount, but then traps you into a subscription without you realising it! They won’t let you cancel until after the first refill, and then you have to do it via a portal, which I bet is difficult to navigate. I cancelled my card and notified my bank!

Is helping me with less pain sleeping better

I can still honestly say that I never saw anything about paying for a never ending subscription. I was too focused on how the marketing held my interest of how this was such a great product.
Let's try it. I'd try anything that legitimately helped my condition.
I picked the option of buy 2 and get one free.
It took over a week to get to me.
I've been taking the product for about 2 weeks. There is still plenty in the bottle.
Why on earth would I buy 3 bottles, use one. And then buy another 3.
Before I even get a chance to see if it works. (Which the company is aware of)
Being a person with morals, and now being caught like others have with the same hidden information, I have cancelled my "subscription" and will not deal with this company in the future.
