Works as intended! I was previously with henrymeds and it felt like injecting water. I will say that your first delivery with trym takes around a week-ish (which is exactly what it says on the receipt for new patients), but after that refills come super quick. I'm about six months in and have lost 45 lbs. It's an amazing feeling to have your mobility back and to be able to play with the kids for an hour without heaving. That's priceless to me and tbh I probably saved more than I spent eating less!

Great company, super fast support, and excellent compound that actually works. I'll be sticking with them until I'm at my goal and then reassessing.

I ordered from Trym Health twice. I didn’t hear from them for a few days, then I got the tracking update and receive my order exactly one week to the day. 1 full week for both orders is pretty good. I like their compound, it works well for me with no issues. I will continue to use this telehealth.

I placed an order for 3 months of tirzepatide and did not hear anything for 3 days. Got nervous that the company is a scam, so I sent an email cancelling my order. I immediately received an email response confirming my cancellation, and my bank account was credited the full $675. I still don’t know if the company is legit, but I do appreciate how quickly they issued a refund.

I placed an order and received an email that it would take one week before they reviewed my order for shipping! Yikes , I would never have placed this order if I had known this. I paid 675.00 and they held my money for over a week. I contacted them again and kept getting a reply that the product should be in stock soon and then they would ship. After 8-9 days I sent an email stating if they couldn’t ship by the next day to issue a refund. They did reply immediately and refunded my money.
I’m not too sure if this is even a legit business but I will never deal with them again!
