Back pain
I have been suffering lower, upper back pain for the last 15+ years, I have tried so many therapies ( PRP, Stem cell, physio etc) but nothing helped me, I came across Medex X400 on Instagram and ordered it, have been using it twice a day for last weeks and felt much better, my sciatica pain has gone and overall feel much better and I am not as stiff as before in the morning, will follow up again after 4 weeks, I highly recommend it

This review is based on the quality of the customer service only and will update my review when I began to use the product! After ordering, I got scared of the reviews that were saying they were still waiting for their product to arrive… I am glad I reached out to the customer service and was well taking care of by Mia! She updated me every day and made sure I will get my product before Christmas! I’m glad it was delivered yesterday! Just on time… Thanks Mia! Can’t wait to see if this works for my chronic pain in relation with my autoimmune disease… will update in a month!
I received my product.
I received my product after a long wait due an unexpected surge of sales. They had to get the product back into stock. I did receive my product and it works great. Love that it has options if you want to only use red light or just non infrared. I just plugged it in and placed where I wanted it and pushed the button. Automatically runs for 20 min. Very bendable for multiple applications.

I said I would remove my 1 star review when I received my product. I am not being allowed to remove review, so i am writing another review. I finally got it. I have used it and I am satisfied with the product.

Ordered on 10th November 2022. Still no item to this day. I was told be with you 6/7 days. No item. Then 3/4 days. No item. Wasnt informed they were out of stock until I enquired as to where my item was. Also the day I purchased there was an attempted money transfer from the method of payment which I paid with, maybe just a coincidence or not who knows just seemed a little odd as the transactions was the same timing. In my opinion I wouldn't purchase. UPDATE. I have received my goods. Way to late. The person who needed it sadly no longer needs it. I have offered to return the item as PayPal stepped in and refunded me. My god talk about harassment, endless emails asking me to remove my review. Appauling customer service and in my opinion, no compassion when a person is going through a heartbreaking time. Should inform people that they do not have the item in stock and give them options not make them wait Endlessly, then abuse them through a messaging system UPDATE. I am now being threatened by a person in this company by saying they could sue me because I apparently will not give their product back, which I have never refused to give their product back. I work long hours, I work nights, I have a terminally ill mother and have a death in the family. They expect me to wait up and not sleep after doing a 15 hr shift for their courier to pick the item up,or lose pay and not do my job and wait in for a courier. I am being bullied and threatened with being sued and I really I don't think I deserve such treatment.

Order placed Nov 23rd. It finally arrived today, Dec 14th. The seller expressed great concern that it took so long for delivery and was very apologetic. I am pleased that it finally arrived, and I must say, it was very well boxed with care.

Excellent customer service
I haven’t had device long enough to rate how well it reduces pain. I live with a chronic condition that causes several types of pain so even a moderate reduction will be awesome..My rating is based on the excellent customer service I’ve received. Any questions I asked via FB messenger are quickly answered. I’ll continue to use and hope to see difference soon..

Works for neuropathy

red light therapy wrap.
After trying and wasting time and a lot of money on so called 'miracle cures'.
from pills to potions to special shoes etc. nothing worked for me.
many years ago my Dr. used a red light therapy on a wound that wouldn't heal, it worked.
So I decided to try this product, red light therapy belt for my diabetic neuropathy, edma, bad blood flow, and osteoarthritis.
After just three weeks, my neuropathy has markedly improved, my blood flow has improved, can't say about the osteoarthritis yet.
I damaged my lower back using a chainsaw four years ago, painkillers and a back brace were my norm.
but after using the red light therapy belt can now bend my lower back with relative ease. I can't say that it will work for everyone, but my partner can't believe how my life has changed now both physically and mentally.
she is that blown away with it she tells everyone.

. So far used it almost every day and seeing slightly improvement on my knee pain . Of course significant improvements expected in 4+weeks . Overall pleased with purchase and would recommend.

I have yet to receive my order , its been almost a month, ive reached out to the company and they just said , they ran out just when i ordered and they are waiting on shipment, butttttt..they charged my credit card andvi have no product not happy , will take further action .they should of explained that there will be a delay in receiving my product but they didnt they just kept saying it is on its way until i got a little nasty with someone and thats when they said they ran out...not happy with the company...i finally received my product a month late..i have used it as directed but have noticed little difference

Ordered for my 75-year-old father
I have ordered this for my 75-year-old father who has lost his wife my mom or 51 years. Dad doesn't sleep well till he is exhausted due to pain in his body.
I'm up and down with him at night trying to help him.
Ordering was fast and easy. I've read all about red light therapy and this does ease his pain. Spoke online with Mia their Customer Serice Rep she was great to deal with helped me with the order process.
