This company is trading under a name confusingly similar to our registered mark while selling identical products and actively targeting UK customers (including advertising to the UK, pricing in GBP, and shipping to the UK). Additionally we have also been receiving multiple customer reviews intended for your business that have been mistakenly posted on our Trustpilot profile, demonstrating clear consumer confusion. This activity constitutes trademark infringement and passing off within the UK. We have collected various items of evidence as proof that you been actively infringing on our trademark.
You are ripping customers off, not allowing them to return goods, and not responding to any enquiries. Do not purchase from this fraudulent company!!

This is so sad, you can’t trust anyone !
For women that have incontance, will do anything to find something to hold their pee!
These panties are not made to hold back anything! Everything they advertise is a lie, who knew they are from China!
I just want my money back! I am 80 years old, a widow, and live on Social security, I don’t have extra money.
Why do you have to lie… to sell your product ?

Unfortunately, the Fluxe underwear is too small, & although they are mostly still in the original package, it doesn’t set like they can be returned for a refund!

Very poor product and very deceiving advertisement. The product advertises absorption material that does not appear to be used in the product. The smallest leakage goes right through to your clothing immediately. Their return policy is a joke. You either pay $50 shipping or you get 30% of your money back. Also the product looks and sounds the same as another product which has much better reviews (Fluxies). The do not tell you the product comes from China and has to be returned to China. A very unfortunate experience I wouldn't advise for anyone.

I got sucked in and bought 12 pairs for $150. On the first day within 4 hours, I leaked through my jeans with my second sneeze. Based on their ad, there is a 90 day money back guarantee. I emailed them and this was their response: To make this right, you have two options:

Option 1 — Full Refund (Return Required):
You may return your order to our international warehouse for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return shipping is covered by you and typically costs $25–$40 depending on the carrier.

You may wash or try on the items before returning.

Once we receive the package, your full refund will be processed promptly.

Option 2 — Immediate 30% Refund (No Return Required):
If returning the order is inconvenient, we can issue an immediate 30% refund, and you may keep, donate, or discard the underwear.

Refund is processed right away to your original payment method.

No return needed.

Please reply and let me know which option works best for you, and I’ll take care of it immediately.

I selected option 1. What they don’t tell you is the shipment is sent back to China, not the US address on the package. You will be charged China duties and taxes, the additional 10% levy against US shipments plus your shipping cost.

Either way, there is no full money back guarantee.

Waste of money. Don’t work. Have no “original“ packaging for return.

To all of you that have been scammed by this company. I sent them an email every day for a refund without having to pay for return postage as stated in their policy. What did get my money back was the email stating I would be contacting the Federal Trade Commission 877-382-4357. and then told them I would be contacting the Internet Crime Complaint Center which is Ic3.gov which is run by the FBI for their fraudent practices. I just got my money back in my acct within 7-10 business days. Try it and see if you get your money back I hope helps.

Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Another site gave them ok reviews but I agree. What I got were 5 pairs of underwear that did not hold any liquid. It just ran off the lining. I even tried a tablespoon of water and it just sat on the lining. Did not absorb anything. Of course they can be returned if unused but shipping is $30 plus so they offer 30% and no returns. Usual scam. Maybe there is another product with a similar name that got the good reviews elsewhere.

I too have been scammed by this company. They promised RISK FREE trial with no return necessary. They promised 100% refund. They guaranteed satisfaction. None of that appears to be true. They won’t even do me the courtesy of returning my calls or emails. ZERO STARS.

Wrong size, exchanges made. Product is awful. Does not do what it says and is inferior. Never,never buy this product. It will not work or help you in any way whatsoever. 🤬

I am surprised I was scammed by this company. I had hopes this product would work for me but it is not as advertised. Also the size is not correct as advertised. I continually received emails telling me my product was on its way and delayed by high demand and they wanted to give me a 30% discount on my next order for waiting There is no way to return or receive a refund which their information says "If you are not completely satisfied we have a 90-day guarantee."

The product is NOT as advertised. Low quality and sized incorrectly.

Avoid purchasing from tryfluxe.com. Their customer service number is out of service and the partial refund on the junk they ship from China was unacceptable to me. I've disputed the charge with my CC company. I HATE being scammed this way!

I ordered four pair to try the product out and was very hopeful. Unfortunately I need the largest size listed, a 6X. Upon checking the shipped order online-not received yet-I noticed they filled it with their smallest size, an XS.
Through email, they admitted they do not carry my size. Not that they’re sold out—no. They simply do not have a size they offer and allowed me to select.
It gets worse. I was offered different refunds, with the latest being a 60% refund and no need to return.
I am adamant in my responses, that due to their error the only acceptable outcome is a full refund and either they cover return shipping or they permit me to donate them locally. That is where it stands as of now. I hope they do the honorable thing.
