Had cause for an interaction with the company after placing an order. Thought I had been scammed as it was a facebook link purchase. I contacted through there portal and received an automated reply advising a response will be with me within 24 hours.
Within the next 15 minutes I had a back and forth e-mail conversation with a “customer happiness expert” not only were all of my concerns immediately put at ease i was updated with how I had caused the issue (autofill of an old e-mail address) given the tracking details and a shipment update as well as informed my order would be with me the following day.
Jade O you truly are a breath of fresh air and absolutely deserve your title of customer happiness expert. You are a credit and asset to the company. Well done and I hope you forever retain your energy and professionalism. Would have been a 6 star were it available 👌

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in December and was advised I needed op and Radiotherapy. One of the major side effects of Radiotherapy was fatigue. I already have Rheumatoid Arthritis that causes fatigue so was not looking forward to Radiotherapy. I will begin by saying this NMN was a life changer with the fatigue related Rheumatoid Arthritis. So I was positive about the Radiotherapy. It didn't disappoint, I spoke to other Radiotherapy patients who had life changing fatigue who couldn't understand why I was so bright. So I explained about the NMN and the difference it had made to my life. Especially Element 5 NMN, I also advised the health care professionals all who were positive. I sailed through my op waking immediately after surgery full of energy and except for the discomfort of Radiotherapy I believe the NMN has been a major aid in my recovery giving me the energy to exercise and recover quicker than was expected. Plus its substantially cheaper than my previous provider. I get double the amount for the price from Element 5 plus numerous videos on research taking place backing up their claims.

I don't usually write reviews for products but felt i wanted to share my experience of this NMN product as a genuine review.
I'm a guy in my early 50's, coming to that biological wall of lethargy, trying to find anything that would remove the 'brain fog' i was feeling. I have tried at least 3 other brands but they didn't work for me, no clue why, just very well marketed.
I saw Element 5 NMN on Instagram but like others thought it couldn't be real. I watched many more reels and decided i actually liked the research, 100% NMN only, no additional ingredients, 100% purity lab reports and the genuine feeling i got from listening to Jonny who clearly loves his brand and lives it every day. Honestly? I wish i'd started six months ago.
It's not magic for sure, but over 4-6 weeks I felt better, the fog was lifting, I was able to wake up faster, multi-task quicker, and generally have a steady supply of energy throughout the day.
I was starting to feel that the better days were behind me but, Element 5 NMN, in my opinion, allows you to switch the power back on and not accept fatigue from aging! And just to say, i'm no influencer and not been given anything to write this, just genuinely love the product!
