100% dishonest. After waiting for weeks with no updates, I finally contacted the company to cancel my order. We exchanged emails for several days, during which they repeatedly asked me to keep waiting, yet they were still unable to provide an estimated delivery date. They eventually processed my refund, but then charged my credit card again without my knowledge or authorization. Be extremely cautious when doing business with this company. Based on my experience, their business practices are completely unacceptable.

This must be the Shea butter from the Lord because I could have walked to Ghana and gotten some in less time.

Same experience as the other actual reviewer. Tiny actual product and automatic monthly subscription that is impossible to stop. They have scammed us for 4 months so far - $159.91. This is known as a "subscription trap" company.

The shea butter product is just OK, not completely as advertised in how soft it is and how easily it melts into your skin. However, for 34.99 you get about a 2 oz. (if even) tub of product, which is a bit of a bait & switch tactic. Since in the ad, they keep showing a much larger container.
The worst part is, you will be signed up immediately for automatic shipments without your knowledge. It takes forever to find the “how to cancel” info on their website. And when you follow their instructions to Sign In, click on the “Manage Subscriptions” tab, you’ll find there is NO such tab. It doesn’t exist. I guess I’ll have to email them, and have my credit card company block all further transactions. That really ticks me off.
I never signed up for recurring charges or products.
