I sadly purchased the candle course, before reading the reviews on trust pilot. Then I read their terms of services and saw that they remain the right to charge your account again. So I emailed them, telling them I want a reimbursement, and that I won't create an account as I don't agree with their terms. It smells like a scam. I kept getting emails with questions I had already answered. Constantly evading and procrastinating. I blocked them and went straight to PayPal, where they evaded my explanation for wanting to be reimbursed again. Funny enough, they supposedly give you a 7 day money back guarantee after you create an account, so you basically have no choice but to agree, which in turn gives them the possibility to draft more money from your account. I have now let PayPal handle it, after all this back and forth. I hope this review saves someone else from making the same mistake.

Absolute scam. These people steal other peoples work and claim it as their own. Do not fall for it! Save your money!

I strongly advise against doing business with this company. They do not honor their advertised 7-day money-back guarantee, despite claiming a refund policy for unsatisfied customers. This is misleading advertising and unethical behavior. Please be cautious and avoid this company if you value your time and money.

Please please do NOT buy from this company. They advertise as giving you your money back if not satisfied and within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. This is not true. They asked me several times why I wanted a refund. They refuse to give me a refund. The course I bought was VERY basic. I did not learn anything. They lure you in thinking you are getting videos but it is only an ebook. You have to pay more for the videos. Very misleading and false advertising. I hope this stops someone else from losing money like I have done.

I was excited about purchasing this candle making course. after the click scam $147 dollars later I was not able to open the course. The next day I requested a refund immediately. I felt this was going to be a problem when I could not open the program this was Nov,
7,2024 today is Dec,6, 2024 getting the run around via emails and still no refund I'm going to report them and expose ... DONT NOT PURCHASE SCAM!!!!!

I bought the candle making course for $17 as an impulse purchase. It said I could get a refund for any reason for digital products in seven days. Once I purchased it, I ended up not using any of it. I decided to request a refund seven days later. Customer service kept going back-and-forth with me asking me questions I already answered in previous emails and trying to get me to keep it. Then they denied me my refund claiming an entirely different refund policy. I emailed them a copy of their policy which clearly states I was due the refund. I also thought I would be making the candles I was seeing advertised but those are add ons courses. I’m so upset because I entered this with good faith thinking this is a reputable company.

Scam! They sell repackaged courses from other creators and don't issue refunds.

I was excited to buy a candle making course foe just 17 dollars, but ended up spending another 67 dollars from their clickbait advertisement stating I needed another course to get the knowledge I need to sell etc. Ln their site they state a 7 day money back guarantee, no questions asked, but they just stop answering when I keep demanding a refund. DO NOT BUY THEIR COURSES!!

They are scammers. They sell ai generated courses which are also dangerous - for example: put lemon juice on your skin. They don’t respond to refund requests even though they have no questions asked policy. They say the certificates are accepted worldwide which is another lie.

I was duped into buying a course with these 'people' for $17, which was advertised. The advert was nothing but clickbait, they ended up taking hundreds of dollars from me after bombarding me with videos explaining how I needed extra bonus training to get the knowledge I required. I have emailed them using the email address they publish on the site, at first I just asked them to send me PDFs of the invoices I had paid a fortune for, but they do promise a money-back guarantee as well. However, no one appears to be even manning that email address. There has been no response. I am sick of scammers taking people's money, I have reported their Facebook advert but that seems to be all I can do, there is nowhere else to get support. Who can we report them to? I feel stupid for falling for the promises in the advert, all I wanted to do was run a successful business.

They are scammers, they are stealing courses are selling them incomplete. Don't buy from them, the courses they are stealing they are selling for so much money, you will be ripped off if you buy from them. They don't have the rights to selling these courses and pdf's courses. I contacted the producer of the course and asked him if he gave the rights for them to sell the course and he said he didn't and that he and many others have been trying to shut them down. They are the biggest scammers, and don't even try to get your money back for incomplete courses because they refuse.

Try.digitalebookacademy.com is a scam site, if you think its to good too be true then most likely is. This site has only been up for about 6 months. Prices are extremely low with a discount of 80% off. I give it 1 star
