3 weeks now since payment, searched 'Tru Water scam' and found you guys!
Do not waste your time and money.

As just about everyone says, do not go near these scum!!! Took payment then nothing. One email response promising to ship then ghosted me. THEY ARE BASED IN AUSTRALIA NOT NZ !!! No bloody wonder. Won’t even allow me to post a review on their site. Will be getting my bank to charge back payment to my card. SCUMBAGS. .

Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Looks legit, but they take your money straight away and then NOTHING - have sent MULTIPLE requests for info, even tried the LiveChat - which disconnected without Chatting - then asked to provide feedback on the chat!!!! ABSOLUTE SCUM - oops autocorrect SCAM

Took my money straight away and avoided answering my emails for weeks the advertised phone number is fraudulent and doesn’t work, 6 weeks later no products received filed a complaint with the bank who has returned my money now a load of hassle. Avoid

This seemed like a legitimate company but clearly a scam and regretting not doing my usual research before purchasing - it wasn't hard to find the negative reviews!!
After taking payment and not delivering they eventually responded in an on-line chat from their website and promised to deliver that day or provide a full refund. They have not responded to any messages/email since then and it's been over 3 months now. Making a complaint to the Commerce Commission in the hope that someone can stop them.

9 months after my order im still yet to recieve it, customer service is horrible at replying.

Total scam. Tried to email them and their email address came back as undeliverable. Called them and it doesn’t connect. Do not buy from this website

After I had given up on my order ever arriving, to my surprise it did. 96 days after it was ordered.

After several complaints via e-mail only automated replays. Today I tried to ring the Phone, they announced.
Call us: 09887 6990, the answer was, not connected.
This made it clear to me, I fell for a scam!!!
I canceled my credit card, and i will further try to get the money back via credit card dispute, I also will complain to the NZ Commerce Commission.

cDO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DEAL WITH THESE SUBTERRANEAN LOW LIFES!!!!!!!!! As with the veritable multitudes here ZERO stars
Same BS automatic email response citing “Covid “ delaying things bloody scammers
I have lodged a credit card dispute with my bank and urge all to do the same FORTHWITH thankfully has been less than a month since ordered
Smelt the rat when no invoice/ receipt and no courier tracking
These pond scum... I wish a slow excruciating and painful death on them

Can’t believe I’m going to write this but exactly the same as all the other reviews;
First order couple years ago arrived but took ages, and charge in aud not nzd. Second order during covid so took forever but put it down to covid
Third order in April 22, still not arrived . Yes a scam obviously. I now realise . Lesson learnt !!! You email and you just get automated responses back. How in this day and age is this website still allowed to take peoples money. Have requested money back from bank .

Same as everyone. We have been scammed. Ordered 6weeks ago, no product has arrived. Can't get through on the phone. Live chat won't reply to me now as they know I know they are a scam.

Bugger. Just discovered Tru-water is probably a scam. Have been waiting 8 weeks for product or some contact and decided to Google 'true water scam', and here I am. Hoping it's just terrible customer service instead. Will update..

Total scam company, would give zero stars if that was an option. Took my money but never sent product despite them repeatedly assuring it was 'being shipped today'. Would not provide a refund when requested. Will be involving commerce commission if refund is not received soon.

First order took 2 month to turn up (I was a bit worried about). Second order took 2 weeks(more than acceptable).Good quality value compare to others.

Stay as far away from this website as possible. This company should not be running. The lies that come through the multiple spam emails, same generic answer every time.
Finally managed to cancel my order and request refund. 10 days to get a refund??? I’ll be going to my bank to force the refund if they don’t.

truwater is a joke. pathetic company. its all coming form overseas and takes forever. dont bother with them. quicker to get it out of aliexpress. just useless
