After watching their promotional video & pictures for their “ Mic Rockbot” novelty light , I decided to purchase one for my son , a few weeks later it arrived , to my disappointment it was nothing like the one in the video & pictures . Basically it was cheap plastic & metal construction.I complained to the company & requested a full refund . They dragged their heels on the refund initially offering 15% , then 40% & keep the product or send it back at my expense to get the full refund , either way I was still out of pocket with this company.
I tried to write an honest review on their website? Surprise! Surprise ! it was taken down immediately! , they only want to see 5 star reviews!
I gave it 1 star , because they did eventually get back to me with their offers through their “ Care Team ! “ 😂

Buyer beware. Ordered a CurveTraker electronic tape measure, after being taken in by sophisticated adverising. It took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did I was appalled at the cheap substitute I had been sent. I paid £34.99 which according to them was half price, the same item they sent me was £11 on Amazon. Please avoid this company at all costs. Absolute scandal that they are allowed to con people in this way.

I have dealt with trutronica. They have been extremely helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend me.

This is an update from my first review. Having finally given in after loads of emails I was given 40% off goods. Last email stated goods might have looked better on website as there photos had been taken by a professional photographer and good lighting. Must have been blind. Also found the exact same goods can be bought on Temu for a fraction of cost. Example - The mug I bought £34 Temu £6-48 Magnetic window cleaner £34 Temu £8 What a rip off firm. At least you know Temu is cheap goods and you’re not losing a lot of money if it’s trash. Beware.

Terrible cheap tat.. Paid nearly £40 for a mic rockbot lamp - not even worth a fiver - trying to get a refund see how it goes!!! Please don't purchase from this website, the lamp doesn't stand up and is very flimsy.. not worth the money they ask for..

I purchased a weedease terminator and it is completely unfit for purpose. The way the item is made means that the hook which supposedly digs out weeds, just scrapes the surface of our drive and the design means it is impossible for the hook to go inbetween the paving slabs. In addition to this the item is so cheaply made that it bends with the slightest pressure. I complained to Trutonica and they offered me a 15% refund which is totally unacceptable. Do not order things from this company.

Ordered a product, they took the money and the product never arrived. The complaints department are not helpful and just say it has been delivered - it most certainly hasn't. They have ignored further emails and won't help. Clearly a scam so do not waste your money.

DON'T USE THIS SITE.
Ordered a Mic Rockbot touch lamp, item arrived, nothing like description and video.
Was not touch operation, was a manual switch.
Was not 3 level light as in video.
Was not adjustable for different poses.
Contact with them was poor, they were not interested in a resolution, trying to return for refund, not hopeful at all.

I ordered a book haven mug looked lovely on there website page what I received was a very poor imitation and I paid £35 tried to get a refund and they blocked my emails. Please don't touch this website, load of tat

To anyone out there this company is a scam I placed an order 2 months ago they claimed they don't have the color and when I asked for a refund they giving me a running around. I will be reporting them to the BBB

Did not get product ordered and paid for. Response was order delivered. It was like no one read what I said about the wrong product.

if i could give 0 stars i would, absolute rip off scam of a company. advertising what look like quality goods, what you get is cheap rip off tacky stuff. Trying to get a refund just now

I ordered a dictaphone which their review said was best buy MAXXPICK cost £49.99 +postage. What came was a":Digital Voice Recorder" which is being sold elsewhere on websites for £21. I am trying to get my money back... If they are an honest company they will do that. Will post to report if they do/dont. DAphne

I purchased a TruTronica speed detector, which is supposed to pick up layers and speed cameras on the street or motorway,
Absolutely rubbish, nothing works,
So for £59 don't buy one,.sent back to get a refund at a cost of £22,50 postage to China in November 2024,
I then received it back today 01/04/25
with no refund, proper con /scam company. Beware.

Would give 0 stars if possible. These people are con artists. Item never arrived so requested refund. Same rubbish response saying will be in touch shortly. 15 emails I sent to these people asking for refund. Wish I read other reviews. A lot of others have commented on poor quality of item(s) when they did eventually arrive I can't comment as never received. Avoid at all costs. Worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with......

Avoid this company at all costs, it all comes from China, and grossly overpriced. Custumer service poor, claiming they have departments to deal with queries it's a fraud !! Waiting to hear about a refund, or alternatively post to China, Not their London address ???????

Just purchased shower head advert said will jet power shower this item no more power than my own shower head. Now asking for return address been offered 15% out off £35 paid and donate item to charity or give to a friend, I cannot afford to lose £30. Wish I ha read reviews before ordering as others had bad experience.

Big mistake. Didn't realise I was ordering from a knock-off/copy-cat site. Glass birds cheap and nasty; very poor quality.

I was foolish enough to order from this awful company without reading the reviews . The amazing hand held "piano" . It is the biggest load of rubbish I have ever encountered. *I might as well have burnt £30 , please don't waste your money .
