Upon checking with the acquiring team, the Ancillary fees and services are additional costs that may apply to the transaction beyond the main price. These are separate from the core product or service cost and can usually be found within the Omnipay generated statement as a manual adjustment.

The service with Trustpay has been exceptional at times that are important to us (as a customer)
Trustpay is a critical partner to us and we have worked with them for several years. Their normal service works well - but what sets them apart is how they have dealt with problems when they arise. We have had 3x in the time we have worked with them. Its a low number but each had an impact on our business, so important to us.
What has been exceptional is how quick they have dealt with the issue in each case and rectified the issue.
I have worked in payments for 15x years and this is the only company that i have felt inclined to recommend.
They have a standard charge for their fees, they want a rolling reserve of 10% of turnover for 6 months. Meaning they get to keep massive amount of money your business needs to survive

Read the contract carefully when signing. They will keep the money in your reserve account for 180 days even after the end of the contract. It was common for us to have to contact our customers or make a payment. We have a very bad experience.

I am not their customer, but I had a very positive experience with the customer support. Long story short:
I was a victim of a fake online seller and transferred money to his/her TrustPay account in advance. The item never arrived and the “seller” stopped communicating with me. I have decided to write to the customer support about my issue and inform them about the suspicions activities of that account. After few email exchanges, I received my money back from the “seller”. Thanks again! 🙌

Always on spot with her answers, always one of the first to inform us about the new regulations we need to pay heed to, super helpul and always trying to find solution to accomodate everyone. I have been in the global payments and banking industry for about 10 years.
I own a couple of companies by which we render, inter alia, banking consulting services. When my clients ask me for a bank to support their needs, my first and almost only recommendation is Trust Pay.
In a nut shell, they have great prices, wonderful and user friendly internet Banking system, very short response time and impeccable staff which is always looking to assist the client and make him/her satisfied.
A special gratitude and compliments to our personal account manager, Karin S. - she is always as professional as it gets, 'big picture' understanding of business needs and creativity when out-of-the-box thinking and solution is needed.

They have reached out to us, looking to become our new payment gateway and pushed for a deal. After they collected all the required documents for our application, they turned us down. It is a waste of time, If you are a business, avoid engaging with this company.
We have been working with Trustpay for 5 months, then one day our account got closed with no notice, braking our agreement.
In our contract is writing very clear in clause 7, bot parties has one month notice, but they never give us any.
We received an automatic email saying that our account was disabled. Our Support Manager (Maria Liptayova) is very unprofessional. She should at least notify us before it happens.
We also ask her feedback but of course, she skipped the questions. She doesn't know what means to give feedback.
Apart from that, She never supported us as expected. We reported her some bugs in their infrastructure but of course, she was never able to get fixed.
They also have a big lack on the IT side;
No development team
No sandbox environments
As a developer there is a big concern that they can keep money secure with no-sandbox.
Conclusion, definitely this is not a company you can work with or build any kind of trust.
I hope some authorities will shot them down in the next months.

By that time we have expedited couple of orders just to find that actualy the payments did not go through.After all, writing to all those customers to check whether the money really left their account ...Too bad.
Also, their payment gateway website look like a place where you would never like to leave your money. Their customer service does not see any problem, so we stopped using their services and do not recommend TrustPay as a reliable partner.
