Sharma was kind and caring and looked after my husband after a recent operation. We felt she was very concerned for his welfare and as he still had poor mobility and was confined to bed, kept checking on him regularly. She also looked after our little dog, Sophie, who obviously took quite a shine to her!

Trust on tap found us an excellent PA at short notice. They were very responsive over a bank holiday weekend

The administrators were helpful and friendly. But we needed emergency help (someone returning home after broken ankle), it was hard to talk properly to the proposed carer beforehand, she missed the first meeting, and turned out to be not appropriate. No one warned us of the £18 'Short-term booking fee'. I'd advise anyone needing sudden help to talk carefully to several proposed carers in advance, whatever the urgency!

Visits from my TrustonTap carer, NB, have been truly supportive in every way. NB is charming and intuitive about my needs and has helped with bed making, laundry, small shops and keeping things ship-shape at home in numerous ways. It has been a pleasure to have her company and help.

The team have been very effective and efficient, the process simple. I talked about our needs, received multiple resumes, decided who to video interview and then meet in person. She is exceeding all my and our expectations, has very quickly settled in and making a great difference.
