I have been trying to contact them. I sent 2 emails and also went on their contact us link and sent my concerns. I am still waiting for a response.. just unbelievable! Poor Customer Service
Wanted to try the products so I ordered a 3 month supply of the protein powder, vitamins and sleep aid. Not enough product was included to fulfill the recommended dosage for 3 months, which was very deceiving. I was no longer interested in re-purchasing after this but must have had it on auto-renewal. I wasn’t given a heads up that another order would be placed. When my phone notified me of the $270 charge, I instantly contacted them to stop the order. I didn’t get a response and the package was shipped that day. I rejected the shipment and TruHeight kept $27 of the charge for “re-stocking.” Company wasn’t willing to work with me on this charge. Very disappointing customer service. Don’t recommend.

I am giving it a four star now because my son just started taking the protein and there are no absolute results thus far. But he likes the vanilla and makes he banana and strawberry smoothie. I even tried it out and the taste was good. It was packaged well and easy to order.

1 don't (of 2) slept more deeply and comfortably than he has since maybe being a baby, upon his 1st night taking the sleep mummies. Both sons are on their 3rd day on the products. So far, so good!
